In 1999,China entered the age of socialization.By the end of 2017,17.3% of the total population aged 60 and over is about 241 million. The number of elderly people in 2017 increased by a net increase of 110 million compared with 1999,and the number of newly added elderly people exceeded 10 million for the first time.According to the estimates of the relevant departments,by 2050,the number of elderly people in China has reached 487 million, accounting for 34.9% of the total population. The aging of the population has gradually become a social problem. As the age increases, the incidence of chronic diseases in the elderly population will increase. This has increased China's medical spending.Current hospital-based treatments are insufficient to manage chronic conditions because chronic conditions require consistent care throughout the entire life cycle.Mobile health care can meet the needs of various elderly people with chronic diseases to treat diseases in the home.China Mobile Medical Health has a market of 12.08 billion yuan.In 2018,it is expected to reach 18.43 billion yuan, and the number of Chinese mobile phone users using mobile health APP accounts for 34.2% of the total number of mobile phone users in China.Smartphone users using the Mobile Health APP mainly focus on 18 to 45-yearolds.Penetration rates of middle-aged and elderly users aged 45 to 60 and over 60 are relatively low.For elderly users, the availability of mobile health APPs is relatively poor.Quality Function Deployment(QFD)is a tool that can improve the quality of products. The ultimate goal is to ensure that users' needs are met and the quality of products is improved. This paper aims at the usability issues of the mobile health APP for the elderly, and reviews and reviews the issues related to aging, quality function deployment(QFD),and usability evaluation by reading books and related literature reviews. The Quality Function Deployment(QFD)theory was introduced into the APPraisal of the availability of elderly mobile health APP.The user needs to start, first through the interview method and competing product analysis methods to obtain the needs of elderly users, and then through the affinity map(KJ)method will initially obtain the needs of elderly users are summarized and organized, and finally through the questionnaire method to obtain the elderly users to mobile The importance of the health APP needs to be calculated to calculate the weight of elderly users' mobile health APP needs;usability index development: firstly through the literature analysis method and interview method toinitially establish the APPraisal index of the availability of the elderly mobile health APP,and then through the expert consultation method(Del Philippine law)Screening of preliminary determined usability APPraisal indicators;construction of quality housing: establish a link between user requirements and availability indicators, and output the weight of availability indicators. Finally, the APPraisal index system for the elderly mobile health APP that was constructed was APPlied to the “Chaohao Online” APP to discover the usability problems of “Chaofu Online” and to make corresponding improvement designs.Comparing the availability of the “Good Doctor Online” APP before and after the improvement to verify the validity of the established APPraisal system for the aged mobile health APP.In order to help more designers design APPs for elderly mobile health, increase the penetration rate of Mobile Health APP among older users, help older users maintain their own health and reduce the burden on society.
