| Objective: By observing the changes of symptoms and signs within and between groups of children allergic rhinitis with pattern of latent heat in lung channel before and after treatment,the clinical therapeutic effect of Xinyi Yinqiao decoction on this diseasewas objectively evaluated for clinical reference and application.Methods: 120 children who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin TCM University from December 2019 to December2020 were selected in this study.According to the order of visits,the sick person were split into observation group and control group,60 people in each group.In the control group: oral loratadine styled syrup treatment.On the basis of control gro up,observation group: oral Xinyi Yinqiao decoction: magnolia,Angelica dahurica,peppermint,fried Xanthium,Acorus calamus,Passepartout,fried silkworm,cicada slough,hon-eysuckle,forsythia,ear mustard,Platycodon grandiflorum,licorice.Both groups we re treated with a course of treat-ment for 7 days for two consecutive courses,Followup for 1 month.The main symptom scores,TCM symptom scores,physical sign scores,total score of quality of life score and recurrence situation of the two groups before treatment,7days and 14 days after treatment were recorded respectively.The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of two group in the treatment of this disease.Results:1.Baseline data: compared with the symptoms of gender before the treatment of children in two groups,P> 0.05,and there were no statistical significance,comparable.2.Total efficiency comparison: the observation group:91.67%,the control group:78.33%.By chisquare test,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.symptoms and signs.(1)After 7 days of treatment,it was found that the total scores of main symptoms an d secondary symptoms were all less than 0.05,and the difference was statisticall.(2)After 14 days treatment: Compared to the total integral of the main symptoms,the total integral of the secondary symptoms,found that the P value is less than 0.05,and the difference is statistically significant.(3)The comparison of scores of major symptoms of nasal obstruction,nasal itching,runny nose and sneezing between the two groups after 7 days and 14 days of treatment showed that P values were all less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.(4)The scores of cough and itching pharynx in the secondary symptoms of the two groups after 7 days and 14 days were compared,and P values were all less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The P value of eye itch in the two groups was more than 0.05 on 7 days and 0.05 on 14 days.The difference was statistically significant.Compared with the score of epistaxis and dry mouth irritability in the secondary symptoms of 7 days and 14 days,the P value was more than 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.P values between the two groups of epistaxis and dry mouth irritability were less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4.The total score of the quality of life score of the two groups after 7 days and 14 days was compared between the observation group and the control group after taking medicine,and it was foundthat the P value was less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.5.Recurrence: the number of recurrence in the observation group was 12,the number of recurrence in the control group was 24,the P value of the two groups was less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion1.Xinyi Yinqiao Decoction for treating children with allergic rhinitis with pattern of latent heat in lung channel can quickly improve the main symptoms and signs such asnasal congestion and runny nose,and effectively improve the related syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,with definite curative effect.2.There was no adverse event in all cases during the medication period,indicating that it was safe and effective. |
