Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Bushen Zhuangjin Decoction In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis (liver And Kidney Deficiency Type)

Purpose:To observe the curative effect of Bushen Zhuangjindecoction combined with glucosamine hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with hepatic kidney deficit and false knee osteoarthritis,and to explore its advantages and effectiveness.Methods:A random number table was used to divide 60 patients with hepatic and renal deficit osteoarthritis into control group and Treatment Group.A total of 30 patients were treated with oral glucosamine hydrochloride capsules,and30 patients were treated with Bushen Zhuangjin decoction on the basis of oral glucosamine hydrochloride capsules.Both groups were treated with 6 weeks one course each for 1courses.Through two groups of treatment before and after the comparative therapeutic indicators(including vas pain score,TCM Syndrome score,WOMAC index,TCM syndrome effect and disease effect),and serum TNF-Alpha,Il-6 content changes,SPSS 22.0 Statistical Software was used to determine the clinical efficacy.Results:(1)A total of 72 cases were included in the study.5 cases(3 cases in the treatment group,2 cases in the control group)were found in the observation process for various reasons,and 67 cases actually entered the statistical analysis.There were 33 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.The data before treatment were statistically analyzed by gender,age,course of disease,image grading,WOMAC index,TCM symptom score and VAS pain score.There was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).(2)VAS pain degree score: after comparison,the VAS scores of each group were reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups after treatment: the Friedman test scores were the differences between the two groups of different treatment time(?2=123.159,124.270,P=0.000,0.000<0.05),shows the comparison group and the treatment group VAS total score control after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05),that the treatment group improved joint pain curative effect is better than that of control group;(3)WOMAC index: the treatment group after treatment than the treatment in the three aspects of pain and daily activities,before the morning stiffness was improved(P<0.01).Comparison between groups,the two groups in the morning there is no significant difference(P>0.05),the treatment group in improving daily activities,improve pain than the control group.(4)The total effective rate of the control group was 76.47%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.94%,and the rank sum test showed that the two groups had statistical difference(P<0.05).(5)TCM syndrome score: after treatment,the scores of the two groups were reduced,and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)The total effective rate of the control group was 70.59%,while the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%.The rank sum test showed a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).
