Discussion On The Inheritance And Innovation Of Liu Qiquan’s Experience In Treating Reflux Esophagitis Based On Data Mining

Objective: Using the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Assistance System",the author analyzed the experience and characteristics of the treatment of reflux esophagitis by Professor Liu Qiquan and his disciple,Professor Wang Zhikun,and discussed the inheritance and innovation of Professor Liu Qiquan’s experience in treating reflux esophagitis.Methods: Collected the basic information and first diagnosis of effective cases of reflux esophagitis diagnosed and treated by two professors in the Department of Spleen and Gastroenterology of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2017 to October 2019.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the two doctors’ medications and discusses the inheritance and innovation of Liu Qiquan’s experience in treating reflux esophagitis.Results:1.Data mining results of Professor Liu Qiquan for REOut of 150 patients with RE,the male to female ratio was 1.59: 1.The top three symptoms are acid reflux,heartburn,and belching.The most common tongue is red tongue,yellow moss,and string veins.Liver-Stomach Depression and Heat Syndrome.The drug "Four Qis" has the largest proportion of moderate-temperature drugs,followed by cold drugs.The bitter-flavored medicine has the largest proportion in the drug "Five Flavors",followed by the spicy medicine.The first three of the medication are the spleen,liver and stomach.The first three frequencies of drug use are citronella,bupleurum,iris.The first three drug classifications are qi-regulating drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and blood-activating and blood-stasis removing drugs.Get 14 flavor core drugs;There are 18 medication rules and 9 new prescriptions when confidence level = 12.Data mining results of Professor Wang Zhikun’s treatment of REAmong 116 patients with RE,the male to female ratio was 1.58: 1.The first three symptoms are acid reflux,bloating,and heartburn.The most common tongue is red tongue,yellow moss,and string veins.Liver-Stomach Depression and Heat Syndrome.The drug "Siqi" has the largest proportion of cold drugs,followed by warm drugs.The bitter-flavored medicine has the largest proportion in the drug "Five Flavors",followed by the spicy medicine.The first three of the medication are the spleen,stomach and liver.The first three frequencies of drug use: dandelion,turmeric,scutellaria.The first three drug classifications are qi-regulating drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and blood-activating and blood-stagnation drugs.Get 10 flavor core drugs;There are 8 medication rules and 9 new prescriptions when confidence level = 1.Conclusion:The two professors believe that abnormal ventricular upset is the key pathogenesis of RE,which is closely related to the spleen,stomach,liver,and lungs.Treatment is mainly based on regulating qi,stomach and heat.In the medication,we should pay attention to the combination of cold and warm temperature,work hard to reduce the pain,compatibility of the medicine,and compound formula.While inheriting Professor Liu’s experience,Professor Wang is based on his own clinical experience that he should pay attention to clearing heat while simultaneously treating qi and heat.and do not forget to nourish the yin.
