Summary Of Professor Wang Tan’s Experience In Treating Pulmonary Fibrosis Based On Data Statistics

Purpose: Based on Professor Wang Tan’s clinical practice in treating pulmonary arthralgia for many years and by means of data statistics,this paper comprehensively collects and collates the pulmonary arthralgia patients diagnosed and treated by Professor Wang Tan in recent years,screens them strictly according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,establishes a case database of clinical data in accordance with the criteria,and probes into the statistical method of cluster analysis of prescription medication.To summarize Professor Wang Tan’s core prescriptions,medicines and drug combinations for the treatment of pulmonary arthralgia,to summarize Professor Wang Tan’s unique medication rules and treatment experience for pulmonary arthralgia,and to inherit and carry forward Professor Wang Tan’s academic ideas for the treatment of pulmonary arthralgia,so as to further improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonaryMethod: hrough collecting and sorting out the cases diagnosed as pulmonary arthralgia by Professor Wang Tan,director of the Department of Pulmonary Disease,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2014 to December 2017,consulting the relevant literature,putting the information of case management,methods,prescriptions and medicines into Excel table,counting out the frequency of drugs,the frequency of medicines,etc.,and converting the statistical results into data for analysis.The statistical software SPSS22.0 was used to cluster the data,and the conclusion was drawn.Professor Wang Tan’s experience and academic thought in treating pulmonary arthralgia were preliminarily summarized and inherited.Result: Through statistical analysis of the prescriptions of 300 patients,we can find that Professor Wang Tan has five common syndromes in treating pulmonary arthralgia: cold drink and lung obstruction;spleen meridian fuhuo and phlegm-heat intrinsic syndromes;hyperactivity of liver Yang and obstruction of pulmonary collaterals;intestinal-stomach dampness-heat,phlegm-yin-bifei syndrome;deficiency of lung and kidney,cold-blood stasis obstruction syndrome;among the 300 prescriptions in this study,traditional Chinese medicine is used altogether.117 kinds of drugs were used 4206 times,with an average of 14.02 herbal medicines in each prescription.Among them,31 herbal medicines were used more than 50 times,the cumulative frequency of 31 herbal medicines was 318 times,and the cumulative frequency of use was 74.13%.Cluster analysis of 31 high-frequency medicines was carried out,and five groups of clustering formulas were obtain.Conclusion:Professor Wang Tan treats interstitial pulmonary disease with "Lung Bi".The clinical symptoms are divided into two major periods and five main types,namely "Qishengbi serious period" and "Qiweibi slow period".The serious period of Qishengbi is characterized by cold-drinks in the lung and obstruction of the lung collaterals;the spleen meridian fuhuo,phlegm-heat accumulation;the liver-yang hyperactivity,obstruction of the lung collaterals;intestinal-stomach dampness-heat,phlegm-drinks in the lung,and deficiency of the lung and kidney.The main cause of pulmonary arthralgia is deficiency and cold of lung and kidney.In the course of the occurrence and development of interstitial lung disease,"lung and kidney deficiency and cold" and "obstruction of lung collaterals" run through the whole process.There are many reasons for the formation of pulmonary arthralgia,but it is mainly due to the deficiency of lung and kidney,many of which are marked by cold drink and obstruction of lung collaterals;deficiency of lung and kidney,cold stasis obstruction of collaterals;accumulation of fire in spleen meridian and phlegm-heat;dampness-heat in intestine and stomach,phlegm-yin-bi-lung syndrome;hyperactivity of liver-yang and obstruction of lung collaterals syndrome.Clinical patients are mostly mixed with deficiency and excess,cold and heat are mixed,many causes are combined,and many viscera are related.Professor Wang Tan’s treatment of this disease is mainly guided by warming lung,clearing Xuanfu fire,nourishing yin and latent yang,clearing dampness and heat,relieving the influence of external pathogens on the overall Qi,regulating the ascent and descent of viscera-qi machine,exposing the essence of lung-qi deficiency and cold,and then helping Yang to clear up Bi and dredge collaterals.Therefore,tonifying deficiency drugs and antiepileptic drugs play a dominant role in the treatment.According to internal and external causes and pathogenic factors,tonifying deficiency drugs are used to strengthen the body,relieving epilepsy drugs to dispersepathogenic factors,eliminating rheumatism drugs to remove dampness and dredge collaterals,clearing heat drugs to detoxify and detoxify heat,warming interior drugs to nourish lung and kidney,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs to remove stasis and collaterals,cough and phlegm and relieving asthma drugs to reduce adverse reactions and asthma.These seven kinds
