Based On Data Mining Analysis Of Professor Shi Zhenggang’s Treatment Of Children Allergic Purpura Medication Rule

Ojective: Through the TCM Heritage Assist(V3.0)system,we analyze the treatment principles and medication characteristics and rules of pediatric allergic purpura(Henoch-Schonlein purpura,HSP)by Professor Shi Zhenggang,summarize the treatment experience,To offer new thoughts for the Chinese medicine treatment of allergic purpura in children by enriching the Chinese theory and method of the treatment of HSP.To provide new ideas for the benefit of the later.Methods: Based on the HIS information system of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the case data of pediatric HSP treated by Professor Shi Zhenggang in the outpatient clinic of the Famous Chinese Medicine Workstation of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 1,2019 to June 1,2022 were collected and collated,and the data were created in the system of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V3.0)".The database of pediatric allergic purpura treated by Professor Shi Zhenggang was created in the "TCM Heritage Support Platform(V3.0)" system,and the data acquired and assembled is input.The "Statistical Analysis" function of the platform was used to count the gender,age,and evidence type of the entered cases,as well as the four qi,five tastes,the generalization,and the efficacy category of the drugs prescribed;The "Formulary Analysis" function of the platform is used to analyze the drug frequency,drug combinations,drug associations,drug clustering,etc.involved in the included data.Based on the results,we analyzed the drug use pattern of Professor Shi Zhenggang in the treatment of pediatric HSP and summarized his experience and characteristics in the treatment of this disease.Results:1.Descriptive analysis: A series of 79 cases with 225 prescribed herbs involving 133 herbs were included in this study.The age distribution was mainly concentrated in 7-12 years old,and the main types of prescriptions included wind-heat injury to ligaments(56.89%),spleen deficiency and weakness of qi(15.11%),deficiency of qi and loss of regimen(9.33%),spleen deficiency and stagnation(6.22%),damp-heat internalization(2.22%),and blood-heat delusion(1.78%).The top 10 herbs in descending order were: Shanzha,Xianhecao,Bai Mao Root,Phellodendron,Bai Xianpi,Chuan Niu Kne,Mudanpi,Zi Cao,Gu Ya,and Mai Ya,and the efficacy categories of the drugs used were clearing heat,stopping bleeding,eliminating food,supplements deficiency,activates blood circulation and dissolves blood clots.The four gases are cold,warm and flat,The five tastes are suffering,sweet and pungency,and the channels are liver,the spleen,the stomach,the lung and the heart.2.According to the analysis of the grouping pattern of association rules: when the support degree was set to 160,a total of 42 groups of drug combination patterns were obtained,and when the support degree was set to 160 and the confidence level was 0.9,74 groups of drug association rules were obtained,and the above included 8 core drugs,which were Hawthorn,Xianhecao,Bai Mao Root,Phellodendron,Bai Xian Pi,Chuan Niu Kne,Mudan Pi and Zi Cao.Based on k-means algorithm + regression simulation line clustering analysis,set "k=3" and "k=5" respectively,clustering a total of 8 core drug combinations.Conclusions:1.According to Prof.Shi Zhenggang,the main cause of pediatric HSP is the liver,spleen and heart,and it is associated with lung and kidney;the main pathogenic elements are wind,heat and damp;weakness and stagnation are commonly seen in the disease process;the basic disease mechanism is the co-existence of internal and external evil.which injures the blood channels and causes blood to overflow outside the veins.2.Professor Shi Zhenggang’s treatment of pediatric HSP is based on the physiopathological characteristics of pediatric patients,with cooling the Blood and tranquilizing the Blood,tonifying the Qi and regulating the Blood,and lowering the fire and nourishing the Yin as the basic treatment method;Hawthorn,Xianhe Cao,Bai Mao Root,Phellodendron Bark,Peony Bark,Bai Xian Pi,Chuan Niu Kne,and Zi Cao as the core drug combinations for the treatment of HSP,cooling the Blood and nourishing the Blood without harming the Yin,generating Blood and stopping the Blood without leaving stasis;in clinical evidence,he emphasizes the protection of the spleen and stomach in the middle jiao and stresses the importance of stomach medicine in the treatment of blood diseases.It emphasizes the importance of HSP,it reflects the characteristics of Professor Shi Zhenggang’s medication and analyzes his experience in the treatment of medication,which provides a concrete and powerful theoretical basis for succession of experience and practical guidance,and offers new ways of thinking for the treatment of this disease in the future.
