Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy(Yang Deficiency And Cold Congealing Syndrome) By Taking Wenyang Zhitong Decoction At Different Time And According To Symptoms

Objective: Based on the principle of "choosing time to cure disease" in time medicine,this topic uses the method of "invigorating qi at Maoshi and nourishing yin at Youshi" to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy(Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome),aiming at observing its clinical curative effect and objectively evaluating its clinical application value.Methods: According to the sequence of inclusion,72 patients(including 20% of possible dropping and rejecting)who met the inclusion criteria in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group(36 cases in each group)based on the collation and discussion of relevant literatures Patients in both groups received basic treatment,including diet,exercise and hypoglycemic drugs to control blood glucose and so on.The control group was treated with Warming Yang Zhitong Decoction,and the treatment group was treated with Maoshi Warming Yang,Analgesic and Yiqi Youshi Warming Yang,Analgesic and Nourishing Yin for 12 weeks.The related indexes were reexamined for the clinical efficacy of this study.The TCM symptom score and related examination data were quantified.Results:1.Total scores of TCM symptom: After treatment,total scores of TCM symptom in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The score reduction was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).2.Current sensory thresholds(CPT): two groups of patients after treatment of CPT measured from the previous were improved significantly(P < 0.05),the treatment group in improving bilateral sural nerve and the right side of the median nerve curative effect is superior to the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of left median nerve(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups.3.Toronto scores(TCSS): TCSS scores in both groups were decreased before and After treatment(P < 0.05),suggesting that both groups had efficacy in improving TCSS scores,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05).4.Time in range(TIR): Both groups showed improvement after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).And comparison of two groups(P < 0.05),the effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.5.Blood glucose level: After treatment,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb Alc)in 2 groups were improved compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).Comparison between groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion: Arthralgia arthralgia decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of arthralgia arthralgia syndrome(Yang deficiency cold congeals)After treatment,the TCSS score of patients decreased,and the CPT test was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,indicating that this experiment has obvious therapeutic effect on sensory function and neurological function.Through clinical observation,this experiment can significantly reduce the elimination.The total score of TCM syndromes in patients with thirst sydrome.(Yang deficiency cold congeals).This trial can reduce the patient’s blood glucose level and increase the time to reach the glucose target.The stability of blood glucose levels in patients helps to delay the occurrence of diabetes complications.Illustrates the timing and take this pain tonga subtraction of collateral poliomyelitis(Yang deficiency cold congeals have a significant therapeutic effect.There were no adverse reactions and side effects in the process,which proved that this therapy has the feasibility of further research and application.
