Clinical Observation Of Sanhan Zhuyu Tongluo Recipe In Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Of Yang Deficiency And Cold Congealing Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Sanhan Zhuyu Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type diabetic Peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods: In this Project,60 Patients with Yang-deficiency and coldcoagulation DPN who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a control group and a treatment group at random,each group have 30 cases.After treatment,the two groups were treated to reach the standard of blood glucose,and they were admitted into the group after two weeks of stable blood glucose.On the basis of basic treatment,the two groups of Patients were given mecobalamin dispersible tablets orally,three times a day,each time 0.5mg,and the treatment group was given cold-dispelling The total course of treatment with Zhuyu Tongluo Recipe was 4 weeks.The blood glucose,blood lipids,nerve conduction velocity,TCSS score and TGM symptom score were compared before and after treatment for statistical analysis.Results: Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the data of gender,age,diabetes course,etc.between the two groups,and they were clinically comparable.The comparison results of the observation indicators are as follows:1.After treatment,there was no difference between the two groups of FBG,2hPG,GSP,CHOL,TG and before treatment(P>0.05).2.The nerve conduction velocity of the two groups after treatment increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);the improvement of nerve conduction velocity after treatment in the treatment group was better than that of the control grou P(P<0.05).It is suggested that both groups can effectively improve the nerve conduction velocity of DPN Patients,but the treatment group is better than the control group.3.The TCSS scores of the two groups after treatment decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the TCSS scores of the treatment group after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).It is suggested that both groups can reduce the TCSS score,but the treatment group is better than the control group.4.After treatment,the TCM single symptom scores of the treatment group were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the control group TCM single symptom scores were compared with those before treatment,and the symptoms of limb numbness and extremity Pain were improved(P<0.05),The other symptoms of TCM did not improve(P>0.05);the treatment group was excellent in improving limb numbness,Pain at the end of the limbs,cold limbs,fatigue,weakness of waist and knees,chills and fear of cold,faulty skin,two stools and tongue quality.In the control group(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);and the difference between the grou Ps after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that both groups can reduce the total score of TCM symptoms,but the treatment group is better than the control group.6.The effective rate of the treatment group was 73.33%,and the effective rate of the control group was 23.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It suggests that Sanhan Zhuyu Tongluo Decoction has a good clinical effect in treating diabetic Peripheral neuropathy of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type.7.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 0%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 6.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Sanhan Zhuyu Tongluo Prescription has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type diabetic Peripheral neuropathy.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of Patients with DPN,increase the nerve conduction velocity of Patients with DPN,and have a certain decrease Glucose effect,no obvious adverse reactions,and good safety.
