Clinical Observation Of Wuqi Zhiyi Granules In Treating Pediatric Enuresis With Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency

Objective:Through the clinical observation of the treatment of spleen and kidney qi deficiency type enuresis in children with Wuqi Zhiyi granules,the clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated,which provided reference for the treatment of enuresis in children with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 68 cases of children with spleen and kidney qi deficiency type enuresis were collected,using self-controlled research methods.and treated with Wuqi Zhiyi granules for 4 weeks as a course,while behavioral therapy was performed.After 4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,urine routine,and bladder volume were analyzed statistically to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results:In this study,a total of 68 cases were collected,of which 6 cases were dropped,2cases were eliminated,and 60 cases were actually completed;(1)clinical efficacy: total disease efficacy: after 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 95.00%.Total curative effect of TCM syndromes: After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate is93.33%.(2)Comparison of syndrome points: total syndrome points after 4 weeks of treatment(t=9.672,P=0.001<0.01),total syndrome points after 8 weeks of treatment(t=15.048,P=0.000<0.01),after 12 weeks of treatment Syndrome total score(t=17.246,P=0.000<0.01),lower than before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);the comparison of the scores of main symptoms and various symptoms before and after treatment,the difference is statistically significant Significance(P<0.01);(3)Change in bladder capacity: The average bladder capacity of children before treatment is less than the average bladder capacity of normal children,and only 8 patients have reached the normal child's bladder capacity.After treatment,the bladder capacity has increased.There were 47 cases of normal children with bladder capacity,and the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05);(4)Follow-up recurrence rate and adverse reactions: follow-up 1 month after drug withdrawal,1 case relapsed,did not appear Adverse reactions.After the treatment,the liver and kidney functions of the children were detected without any abnormalities.Conclusion:In this subject,by observing the improvement of the symptoms of enuresis and bladder capacity of children with Wuqi Zhiyi Granules,combined with statistical results,it is shown that Wuqi Zhiyi Granules have a definite curative effect on children with enuresis,without obvious adverse reactions,and are safe.
