Effect Observation Of Qingzhi Powder Granules Combined With Momestasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray In Treating Adenoid Hypertrophy

Objective: By observing the clinical effect of Qinzhi Sanjie granule on adenoid hypertrophy with phlegm stasis,the safety and efficacy of the therapy were studied,and the therapeutic plan was provided for the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy.Methods: 68 cases of adenoid hypertrophy eligible for inclusion and exclusion criteria were collected from hospital otolaryngology clinics on December 1,2021 and November30,2022,and identified as phlegm stasis conjunctival type,randomized using a block randomized method to generate 68 cases(trial group,control group)on a 1: 1 scale using a randomized numerical phenotype,with serial numbers ranging from 01 to 68.In the trial group,34 patients aged 8 and older were treated with baicalgenol loose particles,2 bags per day,2 times per day,plus momestasone furoate aqueous nasal spray,1 spray per nostril(50 μg)per day.1 bag / dose,2 times daily,in combination with momestasone furoate aqueous nasal spray,1 spray(50 μg)per nostril,in patients aged 5 years and under 8years;In the control group,34 patients were treated with momestasone furoate aqueous nasal spray which was administered once per nostril(50 μg)per day.During the trial,the patients returned to the hospital on days 14 ± 2 and 28 ± 2 of the drug and were examined,with the researchers completing a clinical symptom score.Score of adenoid volume change by nasal endoscopy or X-ray;3VASscore.Data were entered into Excel tables and collected using the statistical software SPSS 26.0 to synthesize the two groups of patients to assess improvements and treatment efficiency finally.results:1.The total effective rate of the test group after two weeks of treatment was81.25%,including 9 improving cases,17 effective cases and 6 ineffective cases,and the total effective rate of the control group was 57.14%,including 3 improving cases,13 effective cases and 12 ineffective cases.The efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).2.The total effective rate of the test group after four weeks of treatment was 90.62%,including 16 improving cases,13 effective cases and 3 ineffective cases,and the total effective rate of the control group was 71.43%,including 5 improving cases,15 effective cases and 8 ineffective cases.The efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).3.The general conditions(gender,age,medical history)and the mean points of symptoms,signs and VAS scores before treatment were not statistically different,with comparability,and the point comparison of all items showed significant differences between the two groups after 14 ± 2 days and 28 ± 2 days of treatment.Conclusions: The experiment proved that traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in treating the adenoid hypertrophy with phlegm stasis.
