To observe the effect of task-oriented sports games on gross motor, balance and cognitive function of Spastic Cerebral Palsy(SCP).In order to provide a new way for clinical intervention of SCP.Methods: A randomized controlled trial was conducted to select 46 children with SCP aged 2 to 6 years in the rehabilitation department of Chengdu First People’s Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method. The observation group received task-oriented sports games combined with routine rehabilitation training, while the control group received routine rehabilitation training. The intervention time of the two groups was ensured to be the same,5 times a week, intervention for 3 months(and the total intervention time was three months). They were assessed with Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM-88),Gesell Development Schedules(GDS)and Prediatric Balance Scale(PBS)before and after intervention, and analyze the curative effect. Results: 1.GMFM-88 scale score: Compared with before intervention, the scores in area D and area E were increased in both groups(P < 0.05);After intervention, there were statistical differences between the observation group and the control group in area D and area E(P < 0.05).The effective rate was evaluated by the change of GMFM-88 score. After intervention, the total effective rate of both groups was 100%,but the significant efficiency of the observation group(26.09%)was higher than that of the control group(13.43%).2.GDS developmental diagnostic scale assessment: compared with before intervention, the total developmental quotients and what the developmental quotients includes gross motor, adaptive behavior and individual-social interaction were increased in both groups(P < 0.05);After intervention, between the control group and the observation group, they were statistical differences in the total developmental quotients, developmental quotients of gross motor, adaptive behavior and individual-social interaction(P < 0.05).3.PBS scale evaluation:Compared with before intervention,PBS scale scores were increased in both groups(P <0.05);After intervention, there were statistical differences in PBS scale scores between the control group and the observation group(P < 0.05).4.Correlation analysis: Pearson correlation analysis was conducted on the developmental quotient of gross motor area with adaptive behavior,individual-social interaction area and total developmental quotient. The results showed that gross motor was positively correlated with adaptive behavior,individual-social interaction and total developmental quotient(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Task-oriented sports games combined with routine rehabilitation training can improve the gross motor and balance functions of children with SCP;(2)Task-oriented sports games combined with routine rehabilitation training can improve the cognitive and personal social interaction functions of children with SCP;(3)The improvement of cognitive and social-personal abilities in children with SCP may be related to the improvement of gross motor function. |
