| Infantile cerebral palsy(CP)is one of the common diseases of the nervous system.It is non-progressive central dyspraxia or abnormal posture,and it is one of the main diseases that cause limb disability in children.In order to select the curriculum of sports game education,the traditional therapy of children with cerebral palsy was applied to the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods: Twenty children with spastic cerebral palsy were selected in Sichuan Bayi Rehabilitation Hospital.The children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The total number of participants in the control group and the experimental group was 10.The control group received routine training of common neurodevelopmental therapy daily,while the experimental group selected routine rehabilitation training combined with physical game training for rehabilitation treatment.Berg balance scale was used to analyze the experimental group and control group before and after the experiment.Research results:1.Static balance: there was no support standing,no support sitting,closed eyes standing,feet standing together,feet standing before and after standing,there was a significant difference(p<0.01).Before and after the experiment,there was significant difference between the two feet standing together and standing on one leg(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference between the two feet standing before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).2.Dynamic balance: before and after the experiment,there was a significant difference(P < 0.01)between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).Before and after the experiment,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05)between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05)There was a significant difference between sitting in standing position and transferring(P < 0.01).There was a significant difference between turning back and looking back(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between extending the upper limbs forward and reaching forward,picking up objects from the ground,turning 360 ° and putting one foot on the stool(P > 0.05).3.comparison between the control group and the experimental group after the experiment: the effect of 4 tests was very significant(P ?0.01),and there was no significant difference in 2 items(P?0.05).Comparison between the control group and the experimentalgroup after the experiment: there were 4 test results very significant(P ?0.01);1 effect was significant(P?0.05);3 did not have significant difference(P ?0.05).Research conclusions:Through 20 weeks of sports and games combined with general neurodevelopmental therapy,the intervention of balance ability of children with cerebral palsy has achieved positive results.As an intervention means,sports and games have a positive effect on balance ability of children with cerebral palsy,and the dynamic balance ability and static balance ability of experimental group have been improved more significantly;the dynamic balance ability and static balance ability of control group have been improved to a certain extent,but the extent The dynamic and static balance ability of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. |
