Objective: Motor dysfunction is one of the important factors affecting the life of children with cerebral palsy,and the recovery rate and recovery of motor ability directly or indirectly affect the life of a family.Cerebral palsy refers to the immature and immature brain of the fetus or infant,resulting in movement disorder,posture disorder,and some children's mental retardation.General Physical Therapy(Physical Therapy PT),the introduction of recovery time is not long in our country,the technology is not very mature,general is aimed at the patient's muscle strength increased as well as lower tension to training,for children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation time is longer,ability to solve daily life slowly.This article refer to related information,as well as the combination of bayi rehabilitation center in sichuan province nu-lax classroom training concept,on the basis of traditional physical therapy into their daily living skills training,try to a combination of,seek a kind of for the rehabilitation treatment of preschool children with cerebral palsy is effective.Methods: The subjects of this study were 20 cases of cerebral palsy patients treated in 8 rehabilitation centers of sichuan province from February 2017 to October2017.According to the results of the gross motor function scale(gmfm-88),the score was randomly divided,and the experimental group was 10 and conducted the task-oriented training.In the control group,10 patients were treated with traditional physiotherapy(PT),and the age control was 3 to 7 years old,and the gender had no influence.After the experiment,the children were evaluated by using GMFM's extensive functional evaluation form(88),standing and walking function records and the changes in the test tension of the hands.To explore the effect of two different treatment methods on preschool children with spastic cerebral palsy.Results: 1.The experimental group and control group in task 3 weeks have no significant differences in bulky function improvement(P > 0.05),and 6 weeks of the experimental group in the supine position and turn to areas with significant difference(P < 0.05),and can control the area were not significant difference(P > 0.05),the experimental group 9 weeks in the supine position and turn get area,can seat area,and knelt down to area with significant differences(P < 0.05),and can control the area there is no significant difference(P > 0.05),and 12 weeks group only can walkand run and jump area there is no significant difference,the control group in the supine position and can roll over and sitting position can show significant difference(P > 0.05).2.6 weeks before the experiment of the experimental group and control group on the stand and walk there is no significant difference(P > 0.05),9 weeks experimental stand and walk to assess appeared significant difference(P < 0.05),the control group no significant difference(P > 0.05),12 weeks,the experimental group and control group in standing and walking function scores were significant difference(P < 0.05).3.On the change of the lower limb flexor muscle tension,the experimental group patients with left lower limb flexor muscle tension,there is a significantly lower amplitude yao a decline in value of two grades,biggest drop in,the remaining two people fall in value is 1,3 of them on the right side of the flexor muscle tension were decreased;Muscle tone change in the lower extremities,the experimental group on the left side of the patients with lower limb extensor tension variation is larger,a biggest drop in,and in the right lower limb extensor tension changes in the experimental group were decreased,the sun falling value of 2;Adductor muscle tension change of lower limb,the experimental group on the left side of the lower limbs adductor muscle tension were both fell,ryu decline of up to 2,1,rest 3 people drop and the change of the right lower limb adductor muscle tension,the tension of Song Mou decline up to 2,the others all appear to drop down the value of 1.Conclusion: 1.Task orientation training in promoting preschool children with cerebral palsy than traditional tradition on the improvement of the gross motor function rehabilitation training effect is good,in the supine position and turn get area,can seat area,and knelt down to stand area,potential area of task orientation training treatment effect than traditional traditional rehabilitation training in the early,relatively significant effect.2.Task orientation training in standing and walking function to promote the significant effect of a stage in earlier than traditional traditional rehabilitation training,that task orientation training in promoting preschool children with cerebral palsy in standing and walking function effect is good,the treatment time shorter than traditional rehabilitation training.3.Lower limb muscle tension due to determine the level limit through significant sex differences were analyzed,and the patients in the flexor and extensor and adductor muscle tone change,two methods of training for preschool children with cerebral palsy paralysis tension to improve is effective,and the effect of task orientation training is better.
