As the basic regional unit of China’s social and economic development,the population shrinks significantly in county areas,showing the characteristics of accelerating and deepening the aging society,and the trend of empty nest,aging and major diseases is significant.In this context,the difficulty of high-quality development in the county has increased,and the care of inpatients is facing great challenges,which are mainly manifested in: shortage of high-quality and high-skilled labor,and weak nursing supply.Therefore,strengthening the professionalization of the nursing team of county hospitals shows a high degree of urgency and necessity: on the one hand,it can not only increase the pull to attract the return of the county population,but also alleviate the current dilemma of insufficient nursing labor and uneven nursing quality in hospitals.The professional identity of county hospital nursing workers greatly affects the centripetal force,concentration and enthusiasm of county hospital nursing workers to this profession,and is the core element of building a professional team of county hospital nursing workers.Improving the professional identity of county hospital nursing assistant is the key to realizing the sustainable development of the professional team of county hospital nursing assistant,which is related to the future development of the medical and nursing industry,the high-quality development of the county economy,and is more related to the smooth implementation of major national decisions such as rural revitalization strategy,new urbanization strategy,and healthy China strategy.This study took Rong-County,a major migrant worker export county in Sichuan Province,as a field survey area,focusing on the professional identity of local hospital nursing workers.Guided by the question of "How to improve the professional identity of nursing workers in county hospitals",using Nvivo11.0 Plus qualitative analysis software to collate and analyze field data,and on the basis of Burke’s identity control theory,construct a theoretical framework for the formation mechanism of professional identity,reproduce the interactive environment for the formation of professional identity of nursing workers in county hospitals from the social,hospital,and care levels,and outline the occupational cognition The current situation of professional identity in the three dimensions of professional emotion and professional behavior.Based on this,under the framework of the theory of occupational identity formation mechanism,the formation process of professional identity of nursing workers in county hospitals is deeply analyzed according to the analysis logic of "environment-occupational cognition-occupational emotion-professional behavior".It is found that there are problems such as low comprehensive quality,poor professional skills,heavy family economic burden,unreasonable management,and irregular training in the process of constructing professional identity in county hospitals.In this regard,the study believes that relevant suggestions should be put forward from the source of the formation of the professional identity of county hospital nurses,that is,the environment: first,in the social environment,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of talent echelons and improve the job security system;Second,in the hospital environment,it is necessary to improve the level of specialization and strengthen standardized management;Third,in the nursing environment,it is necessary to carry out the construction of professional ethics and establish a nursing quality control mechanism.
