A Clinical Study Of Chai Ping DanShen Decoction In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Fatty Liver Syndrome Of Qi Stagnation And Dampness Blocking Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chai Ping DanShen decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with fatty liver syndrome of qi stagnation and dampness blocking blood stasis and explore its possible mechanism of action,so as to provide a new therapeutic idea and method for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with fatty liver disease.Methods:All the patients in this study came from the outpatient clinic and inpatient ward of the department of endocrinology of our hospital from December 2018 to January2020.A total of 86 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with Chai Ping DanShen decoction and the control group.The treatment course of the two groups was 12 weeks.The improvement of TCM symptoms of the two groups was observed before and after treatmentResults:(1)Laborator level:There were significant differences between the treatment gr oup and the control group in the reduction of FPG,2hPG,HbA_lc,TG,LDL-C,AS T and ALT.Comparison between groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically s ignificant.(2)The effective rates of the treatment group were:reduced FPG effective rate:88.37%;reduced 2hPG effective rate:86.04%;reduced HbA_lc effective rate:90.69%;reduced TG effective rate:79.06%;reduced LDL-C,effective rate:83.72%;red uced AST effective rate:93.02%;reduced ALT effective rate:90.69%.(3)In the control group,the FPG reduction rate was 74.41%,the 2hPG reducti on rate was 62.79%,the HbA_lc reduction rate was 69.76%,the TG reduction rate was 60.46%,the LDL-C,reduction rate was 62.72%,the AST reduction rate was 81.39%,and the ALT reduction rate was 79.07%.(4)After treatment,rank sum test was performed for the efficacy of each single TCM symptom in the two groups:comparison was made between the two groups.After non-parametric rank sum test for abdominal distention,right side distention and tightness,stool viscosity,abdominal distention and abdominal distention,and nerazepam symptoms,P<0.05,indicating statistically significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion:Results show that the above Chai Ping danshen decoction in reducing the qi and blood stasis type wet resistance of type 2 diabetes patients with fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose,blood lipid and liver result and improve the curative effect of TCM clinical symptoms were superior to control group pure western medicine treatment,show that Chai Ping DanShen decoction has certain hypoglycemic and treatment of liver liver meritorious service is the role of,can assist in the treatment of diabetic fatty liver,and through the whole adjustment,improve the patients clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,thus improve the patients quality of life.
