Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Gouty Arthritis Of Damp Heat Accumulation Type With Bining Tang And Acupuncture Manipulation

Objective: In this study,the treatment of gouty arthritis with damp-heat accumulation type using Bi Ning Tang combined with acupuncture manipulation was conducted.By observing the changes in laboratory indicators(blood uric acid,blood cell sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein),VAS scores,and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,it was confirmed that the treatment of gouty arthritis with damp-heat accumulation type using Bi Ning Tang combined with acupuncture manipulation can significantly improve patients’ clinical symptoms,laboratory efficacy indicators,and degree of pain,reduce adverse reactions,improve the quality of life of patients,and then provide new ideas for the treatment of gouty arthritis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Select 60 patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for gouty arthritis of damp-heat accumulation type,and divide them into a control group of 30 cases and a treatment group of 30 cases according to the principle of randomization distribution.The control group is treated with non budesonide once a day,with an oral dose of 40 mg each time;The treatment group was treated with Bi Ning Tang on the basis of the control group,with a daily dose of 300 ml,divided into two warm meals in the morning and evening,and a single dose of 150ml;In addition,acupuncture and moxibustion was used for treatment.According to the dialectical selection of points: Zusanli,Lidui,Quchi,Yinlingquan,Sanyinjiao,Taixi and Taichong,two points were selected for local routine disinfection,and 0.35 mm × The 40 mm filiform needle acupoints are inserted with one hand,with direct needling of 1.5inches at Zusanli,Quchi,Yinlingquan and Sanyinjiao,0.8 inches at Taixi,0.5inches at Taichong,and blood letting at Lidui acupoints,After the acupuncture gets qi,the filiform needle purging method is used.The operation time is about 1 minute.It is appropriate to leave the sensation of pain,numbness,and heaviness.The needle is retained for 30 minutes,and acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is performed once every 2 days,Thetotal treatment period is 8 weeks.By observing the laboratory indicators before and after treatment—blood uric acid,blood cell sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein changes,VAS scores,and changes in TCM syndrome scores,all data were statistically analyzed using statistical software SPSS26.0,and then the efficacy of Bi Ning Tang combined with acupuncture manipulation in the treatment of gouty arthritis of damp-heat accumulation type was evaluated.Results: 1.After 8 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of patients in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.After 8 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group significantly improved various observation indicators such as blood uric acid,blood cell sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,VAS score changes,and changes in TCM syndrome scores,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.After 8 weeks of treatment,the overall effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%,while the overall effective rate in the control group was 76.67%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05)).4.There were no significant adverse events or allergies during treatment in both groups of patients.Conclusion: 1.Bi Ning Tang combined with acupuncture manipulation in the treatment of gouty arthritis with accumulation of dampness and heat can improve the clinical efficacy of patients.2.Bi Ning Tang combined with acupuncture techniques can effectively control laboratory indicators such as blood uric acid,blood cell sedimentation rate,and C-reactive protein in patients with gouty arthritis of dampness heat accumulation type.3.The combination of Bi Ning Tang and acupuncture techniques can significantly reduce the patient’s VAS score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the treatment of gouty arthritis withdampness heat accumulation,and significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms.
