The Clinical Curative Effect Of Bi Ning Capsule In The Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis (Heat Accumulation Type)

Objective:The observation of Bi Ning Capsule in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis(heat accumulation type)efficacy and the effects on the IL-1? and IL-18.Methods:From the Department of rheumatism of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,a total of 40 patients met the diagnostic criteria were selected.They were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with colchicine.The treatment group was treated with colchicine and Bi Ning capsule.The two groups received basic treatment during the course of treatment,with a course of treatment for 10 days.After 10 days,curative effect of TCM syndrome,integral of TCM syndromes,VAS score,laboratory indexes(UA,ESR,CRP)and cytokine(IL-1?,IL-18)levels in the two groups were observed.Data shall be recorded in detail then the data were analyzed statistically.Results:1.The total curative effect of TCM syndromes:the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in control group was 70%.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.TCM syndrome score:the treatment group and the control group can improve the TCM syndrome score of the patients,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.3.VAS score:the treatment group and the control group can improve the patient's VAS score,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.4.Related laboratory indicators:the treatment group in reducing gouty arthritis UA,ESR,CRP were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Cytokines:The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the expression of IL-1? and IL-18 in patients with gouty arthritis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusions:1.Bi Ning capsule can significantly ease the pain and related clinical symptoms of patients with acute gouty arthritis(heat accumulation type).2.Bi Ning capsule can reduce the heat accumulation type of acute gouty arthritis in patients with UA,ESR,CRP,that Bi Ning capsule can significantly improve the acute gouty arthritis index of laboratory.3.The capsule can reduce the levels of cytokines IL-1? and IL-18,which shows that the mechanism of the treatment of acute gouty arthritis is closely related to the expression of cytokines.
