Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Temperature Acupuncture Of Strengthening Body Resistance Method For Hemiplegia(Qi Deficiency And Blood Statis) After Stroke

Objective:By observing the actual result of semisideratio(blood stasis due to qi deficiency)after stroke by temperature acupuncture of strengthening body resistance method,it appears prospective ways and prospective techniques for the imrovement of semisideratio(blood stasis due to qi deficiency)after apoplexy.Methods:Select Sixty patients who met the study standards were collected from wards and outpatients of our hospital and randomly divided into the control group receiving ordinary acupuncture and the treatment group receiving temperature acupuncture of strengthening body resistance method,with 30 patients in each group.The two groups of patients received basic treatment of cerebrovascular disease,on this basis,the control group received ordinary acupuncture treatment.The treatment group received temperature acupuncture of strengthening body resistance method.Patients in both groups were treated once a day for 40 minutes,and after 6 consecutive days of treatment,they had a rest for 1 day,taking 14 days as a treatment process,a total of two courses of treatment.Patients in the control group and the treatment group were observed before and after treatment,and were used Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),Modified Barthel Index(MBI)and Integrated Electromyogram(IEMG)for comparison.To observe the clinical efficacy of different treatment methods.Results:1.Before treatment,it is not meaningfully different(P>0.05)that the FMA,MAS,MBI scales and IEMG of brachioradialis and gastrocnemius of the treatment and control groups appear,and the treatment and control groups were deemed comparable for the comparison of the clinical result.2.After treatment,the FMA,MAS,MBI scales and IEMG of brachioradialis and gastrocnemius of the treatment and control groups play better role compared with before treatment.By mean of data processing,there was a notable difference(P<0.05),meaning that both the treatment and control groups could ameliorate semisideratio after apoplexy.3.After treatment,the score of FMA,MAS,MBI scale,IEMG of brachioradialis and gastrocnemius were compared between the groups.After the rank sum test and Independent sample`s-test,there was a notable difference(P<0.05),which means that the Temperature acupuncture of strengthening body resistance method plays a better role than that of the traditional acupuncture way.4.By the way of treating,the effective percentage of the temperature acupuncture of strengthening body resistance group was 86.67% and the traditional acupuncture way group was 73.33%.By the mean of the rank sum test,there is notable distinction between the treatment and control groups.(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Both the ordinary acupuncture and temperature acupuncture of strengthening body resistance method can effectively improve the daily living status of patients with hemiplegia after stroke(qi deficiency and blood stasis).2.The temperature acupuncture of strengthening body resistance method can effectively enhance the motor function of the upper and lower limbs of patients with hemiplegia,which has certain advantages for the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke(qi deficiency and blood stasis).
