Clinical Study Of Eye Acupuncture With Acupuncture Combined With Body Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Wind-yang Disturbance Type Stroke Hemiplegia

Purpose: By observing the treatment of limb motor dysfunction in patients with wind-yang disturbance stroke hemiplegia with eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture therapy,the effect of simple conventional body acupuncture therapy on wind-yang disturbance stroke hemiplegia was compared.To find more effective treatment for wind-yang disturbance stroke hemiplegia,and promote limb function recovery.Material and method:To collect 52 cases of hemiplegia patients with wind-yang disturbance type stroke who meet the diagnostic criteria and the inclusion criteria.Using simple randomization methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was directly given conventional body acupuncture treatment.And the observation group received eye acupuncture first,and then after acupuncture,the patients were asked to take the needle to move the affected limb actively or passively(including lifting,translation,flexion and extension,walking,etc.).After 10 minutes,the needle was started,and then the patients were treated with conventional body acupuncture.Other basic treatments were the same in both groups.SPSS 24 statistical software was used to process all the data of this experiment.The FMA score,ADL score and neurological deficit score of the two groups were compared to comprehensively judge the clinical efficacy.Results:1.Before the treatment started,there was no significant difference in motor function score(FMA score),activity of daily living score(ADL score)and neurological deficit score between the two groups(all P > 0.05).2.After the course of treatment,the FMA score and ADL score of the two groups were increased(all P < 0.05),and the neurological deficit score of the two groups were decreased(all P < 0.05).It shows that both groups have therapeutic effect.3.After the course of treatment,the increase of FMA score and ADL score in the observation group was more than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the decrease of neurological deficit score in the observation group was more than that in the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment of limb movement disorder,the improvement of daily living ability and the recovery of neurological deficit in the observation group were better than those in the control group.4.After the course of treatment,the curative effects of the two groups were analyzed:the effective rate of the observation group was 92.30%,and the effective rate was 76.92% in the control group(P < 0.05).It is proved that the clinical effect of the observation group is more obvious.Conclusion:1.Eye acupuncture with acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and simple body acupuncture have certain effect on apoplectic hemiplegia of wind Yang disturbance type.2.Eye acupuncture with acupuncture combined with body acupuncture has a significant effect in improving the limb motor function,activities of daily living and the degree of neurological deficit of stroke hemiplegia with wind Yang disturbance type,which is superior to the simple conventional body acupuncture treatment,and is worthy of promotion.
