Objective:By comparing the analgesic effect of acupoint embedding and ordinary acupuncture after the operation of low simple anal fistula, observing and evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods in the postoperative analgesia and the difference in clinical efficacy, the purpose of reducing the postoperative wound pain of patients and improving the postoperative quality of life was achieved. Methods:Sixty patients meeting the inclusion criteria were included in the research plan and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. The experimental group was injected with acupuncture at Changqiang,Chengshan and Shangjuxu points, and the control group was injected with ordinary acupuncture at Changqiang,Chengshan and Shangjuxu points. The treatment period was 2 weeks.VAS pain scores, constipation, postoperative urinary retention, sleep quality, analgesic use and treatment effectiveness of the two groups were recorded before and after the first, third, seventh and 14th day of treatment.Outcome:1.There was no statistical significance in age, gender and other general data between the two groups after statistical analysis and comparison(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.VAS pain score,Wexner Constipation scale total score and all scores before surgery were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05),and were comparable;3.VAS pain score on day 1,day 3 and day 7 of postoperative treatment in experimental group was lower than that in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05),and VAS pain score on day 14 of postoperative treatment in experimental group and control group was significantly different(P<0.05).4.The total Wexner constipation scale score of test group and control group had no statistical significance on day 1 after surgery(P>0.05),but the total Wexner constipation scale score of test group and control group was significantly different on day 3 and day 7 after surgery(P<0.05),and the total wexner constipation scale score of test group was lower than that of control group on day 14 after surgery. There was statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Postoperative urinary retention score and comprehensive sleep quality score two weeks after surgery in experimental group were better than those in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).6.The amount of painkiller used in experimental group was lower than that in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).7.Comparison of curative effect:the effective rate of the experimental group was 92.9%,the effective rate of the control group was 86.2%,the experimental group was better than the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Compared with ordinary acupuncture, acupuncture embedding at Changqiang,Chengshan and Shangjuxu points can more effectively reduce postoperative pain of low simple anal fistula.2.Compared with ordinary acupuncture, acupuncture embedding at Changqiang,Chengshan and Shangjuxu points can effectively improve constipation, reduce urinary retention, improve sleep quality and reduce the use of painkillers, with high safety.
