Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of cross electroacupuncture at the neck and spine in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo with hyperactivity of liver-yang,and explore its mechanism,so as to provide a more optimized treatment method for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:66 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, with 33 patients in each group. The control group was the traditional acupuncture group.Jiaji,Baihui,Fengchi,Hegu,Neiguan,Taichong,Fenglong and Xingjian were selected for routine acupuncture, with the degree of Deqi. The other group was treated with cross electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point on the basis of the traditional acupuncture group. Both groups were given corresponding basic disease treatment.Acupuncture was performed once a day for 30 min minutes, for 6 consecutive days, and stopped for 1 day.One week was a course of treatment for 2 consecutive courses. Before and after treatment, the patients in both groups collected general data, evaluated the integral of TCM symptoms of vertigo, scored with vertigo DARS scale, and recorded the peak systolic velocity of basilar artery and left and right vertebral arteries by transcranial Doppler(TCD).The data summary was analyzed by SPSS25.0 software statistically.Results:1.The baseline data of the two groups before treatment are comparable(P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes,DARS scale and the peak value of TCD blood flow in three vessels in the two groups are better than those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment of both groups is effective.2.After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes,DARS scale and TCD index were compared between the two groups, and the results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05),which suggested that the treatment group could improve the vertigo and living conditions of patients more obviously.3.According to the rank sum test,Z =-2.07,P = 0.038(P<0.05),The total effective rate of the control group was 84.84%,and that of the cross electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point was 93.94%,Which indicated that the therapeutic effect of cross electroacupuncture at cervical jia ji point was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Cervical-Jiaji cross electroacupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group are both effective in treating ischemic vertigo of posterior circulation caused by hyperactivity of liver yang;2.Cross-electroacupuncture at cervical Jiaji point group is superior to conventional acupuncture group in promoting blood supply of vertebrobasilar, relieving vertigo and improving living conditions;3.The clinical curative effect of the cross electroacupuncture group at cervical Jiaji point is better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.
