Long-term sleep disorders often directly lead to the decline of human memory function,produce depression,anxiety,stress and other adverse emotions,seriously endanger health,affect learning,and solve sleep disorders is a hot issue of concern for many scholars.As high-level talents,female graduate students should pay more attention to their sleep quality and physical and mental health.In order to explore the effect of body-building Health Qigong·Dawu on improving sleep disorder,anxiety and depression of female graduate students,the thesis used Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)to conduct a questionnaire survey on 300 female graduate students of Liaoning Normal University,According to the scores of the questionnaire,42 female graduate students with PSQI≥8 and who volunteered to participate in the test were selected as the research subjects.The paired sample t-test was used to compare and analyze the PSQI,SAS and SDS scores before and after the experiment.Research results:(1)After the 4 weeks experiment of Health Qigong·Dawu,the total PSQI scores before and 4 weeks after the experiment were 9.57 and 9.50 points respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).The scores of subjective sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders and daytime dysfunction before the experiment were 1.52 points,2.21 points,0.88 points,1.57 points,1.19 points and 2.12 points respectively.The scores of subjective sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders and daytime dysfunction 4 weeks after the experiment were 1.48 points,2.14 points,0.83 points,1.52 points,1.17 points and 2.10 points respectively.The scores of the above contents 4 weeks after the experiment decreased slightly.But there was no significant difference between the scores before the experiment and the scores 4 weeks after the experiment(p>0.05).(2)After the 8 weeks experiment of Health Qigong·Dawu,the total PSQI scores before and after the experiment were 9.57 and 8.71 points,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).Among them,the scores of subjective sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,and daytime dysfunction before the experiment were 1.52 points,2.21 points,0.88 points,1.57 points,and 2.12 points respectively.After 8 weeks of the experiment,the scores of the above five components were 1.33 points,2.02 points,0.79 points,1.45 points,and 1.95 points,respectively.There were significant differences between the above five components before and after the experiment(p<0.05),The scores of this component before and 8 weeks after the experiment were 1.19 and 1.12,respectively.Although the scores slightly decreased,there was no significant difference(p>0.05).The scores of anxiety indicators before and after 8 weeks of the experiment were 46.93 and 45.52,respectively,with significant differences(p<0.05).The scores of depression indicators before and after 8 weeks of the experiment were 52.24 and 50.50,respectively,with significant differences(p<0.05).(3)After the 12 weeks experiment of Health Qigong·Dawu,the total PSQI scores before and after the experiment were 9.57 and 7.86 points,respectively,with a significant difference(p<0.01).Among them,the scores of subjective sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,and daytime dysfunction before the experiment were 1.52 points,2.21 points,0.88 points,1.57 points,and 2.12 points,respectively.After 12 weeks of the experiment,the scores of the above five components were 1.19 points,1.81 points,0.69 points,1.33 points,and 1.79 points,respectively.There were significant differences between the above five components before and after the experiment(p<0.01),The scores of sleep disorder before and after 12 weeks of experiment were 1.19 and 1.00,respectively,with significant differences(p<0.05).The scores of anxiety indicators before and 12 weeks after the experiment were 46.93 and 44.62,respectively,with significant differences(p<0.01).The scores of depression indicators before and 12 weeks after the experiment were 52.24 and 48.88,respectively,with significant differences(p<0.01).Research conclusions:(1)After the 4 weeks exercises of Health Qigong·Dawu,the sleep quality of female graduate students with sleep disorders did not significantly improve,anxiety and depression were not alleviated,and the levels of anxiety and depression were not reduced.(2)After the 8 weeks exercises of Health Qigong·Dawu,female graduate students with sleep disorders have significantly improved their sleep quality compared to before the experiment.It effectively alleviated anxiety and depression,and reduced the level of anxiety and depression.(3)After the 12 weeks exercises of Health Qigong ·Dawu,female graduate students with sleep disorders have significantly improved their sleep quality compared to before the experiment.It effectively alleviated anxiety and depression,and reduced the level of anxiety and depression.
