| Objective:This topic mainly observes the clinical efficacy of Triple direction needling combined with Intra-articular injection in the treatment of Adhesion-stage shoulder periarthritis,in order to improve the function of shoulder joint and relieve the pain symptoms. The clinical treatment of Adhesion-stage shoulder periarthritis provides a more precise program.Method:Selected in November 2021 to March 2022 in the second affiliated hospital of anhui medical university fractures subject visits into standard Adhesion-stage shoulder periarthritis patients 60 cases.Divided into control group(ordinary acupuncture combined with Intra-articular injection)and observation group(Triple direction needling combined with Intra-articular injection),30 cases in each group.VAS scale,CMS scale and ADL scale were compared before treatment,1 week after treatment and 1 month after treatment, respectively,The total course of treatment was20 days.Result:(1)There was no statistical difference in baseline data,VAS scale,CMS scale and ADL scale between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05)(2)After treatment, the VAS scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment at the first week and 1month after treatment, the CMS and ADL score were significantly increased(P<0.05)(3)Comparing the two groups in the first week after the treatment, the total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were(90%,96.7%).Both groups had better clinical efficacy, but the observation group was better;1month after the completion of treatment, the overall efficiency rates of the observation group and the control group were(90%,96.7%),and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both treatment groups can reduce shoulder pain and improve shoulder function.2.Triple direction needling combined with Intra-articular injection have a better clinical effect than ordinary acupuncture combined with Intra-articular injection in the treatment of adhesion-stage shoulder periarthritis and better improve the function of shoulder joint. |
