| Purpose: Combined modern medical theory under the guidance of TCM theory,this study examined the clinical efficacy,functional outcomes and recurrence rate of Periarthritis of shoulder(wind-cold-dampness syndrome)that were treated by oral Jiawei Duhuo Jisheng Mixture and intra-articular injection.Simple Analyzed the mechanism of Jiawei Duhuo Jisheng Mixture during the treatment,in order to provide a safe and effective treatment for Periarthritis of shoulder.Methods: From January 2019 to September 2019,Sixty patients with frozen shoulder as the research objects who were diagnosised and treated in the orthopaedics clinic of the first affiliated hospital of hunan university of traditional Chinese medicine.They were divided into control group and treatment group according to a random drawing method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups of patients routinely performed rehabilitation exercises.The control group received intra-articular injection with triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine mixture for a total of 1 time.The control group received intra-articular injection with triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine mixture for a total of 1 time.The treatment group oral Jiawei Duhuo Jisheng Mixture on the basis of the control group,62.5 ml,twice a day,2 consecutive weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.Record the visual analog scale(VAS)score and the Constant-Murley score about the two groups before and after 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment.Compare and evaluate the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups by statistical processing.Results: Finally,57 cases were completed,the control group complated 28 cases,2 cases lost,the treatment group complated 29 cases,1 case lost.According to statistics,the basic data of the two groups of patients,the Constant-Murley score and the VAS score before treatment were not statistically significant(P> 0.05),and were comparable.1.Constant-Murley score Comparison: 4 weeks after treatment,the treatment group score was 50.76 ± 5.36,the control group score was 45.00 ± 4.99;8 weeks after treatment,the treatment group score was 60.10 ± 6.17,and the control group score was 53.11 ± 5.63;after treatment After 12 weeks,the treatment group score was 69.62 ± 5.90,and the control group score was 66.32 ± 7.12.At 4?8?12 weeks after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in Constant-Murley scores between the two groups(P <0.05);at each time point,the function improvement in the treatment group was better than the control group,the results were statistically different(P <0.05).2.VAS score comparison: 4 weeks after treatment,the treatment group score was 3.69 ± 0.66,the control group score was 4.61 ± 0.79;after 8 weeks treatment,the treatment group score was 1.93 ± 0.53,control group score was 2.64 ± 0.56;after treatment,12 weeks after treatment the treatment group score was 1.24 ± 0.44,and the control group score was 1.36 ± 0.49.The VAS scores of the two groups were statistically different at 4?8 weeks after treatment(P <0.05),but there were no statistical differences between the two groups at 12 weeks after treatment(P> 0.05);At 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,the pain improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group,the results were statistically different(P <0.05).3.Clinical efficacy Comparison: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.55%,the recurrence rate was 6.89%,which was better than the total effective rate of the control group,92.86%,and the recurrence rate was 28.57%.The results were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusions: The clinical efficacy of oral Jiawei Duhuo Jisheng Mixture combined with intra-articular injection on Periarthritis of shoulder is superior to that of single intra-articular injection,which can obviously improve pain and function and a lower recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion... |
