| Objective: The purpose of this study is to detect the blood lipid levels of pregnant women in different stages of pregnancy,analyze the changes of blood lipid during pregnancy,and provide scientific basis for clinicians to guide the dietary nutrition of pregnant women.Methods: Clinical data of 888 pregnant women who visited the obstetrics clinic of our hospital from April 2022 to February 2023 were collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a certain number of subjects were selected in different pregnancy periods.Finally,a total of 710 subjects were included in the analysis,including 259 cases in the first trimester group,220 cases in the second trimester group,and 231 cases in the third trimester group.The general data(such as age,gestational age,gravidity,parity,cesarean section history,BMI before pregnancy)and serum lipid indexes(TC,TG,LDL-c,HDL-c)were compared among the three groups(all fasting blood lipids were collected in the morning),and the change trend of blood lipid during pregnancy was analyzed.Results: 1.TC and LDL-c in the second trimester were significantly higher than those in the first trimester(P<0.05).The TC and LDL-c values in the third trimester were significantly higher than those in the first trimester(P<0.05).Th-ere was no significant difference between the second trimester and the third tri-mester(P>0.05).2.There were significant differences in TG and HDL-c among the first,second and third trimesters(P<0.05).The value of TG was the third trimester>thesecond trimester>the first trimester,while the value of HDL-c was the second tri-mester>the third trimester>the first trimester.3.The distribution of blood lipid indicators during pregnancy was skewed,and the 95%variation interval should be determined by percentile method.The 97.5 percentile was used as the upper limit of the cut-off value,and the 2.5 percentile was used as the lower limit of the cut-off value.The range of blood lipid changes in early pregnancy was TC2.89-5.93mmol/L,TG:0.46-4.18mmol/L,LDL-c:1.01-3.98mmol/L,HDL-c:0.74-2.39mmol/L.Second trimester: TC:4.03-7.97mmol/L,TG:0.88-5.60mmol/L,LDL-c:1.65-5.20mmol/l,HDL-c:1.14-3.09mmol/L;Third trimester: TC : 4.05-8.88mmol/L,TG: 1.36-6.69mmol/L,LDL-c,1.48-6.34mmol/L,HDL-c :1.05-2.78mmol/L.Conclusions:1.TC,TG and LDL-c showed a gradual upward trend during pregnancy,and TG showed the most obvious upward trend during pregnancy.However,HDL-c showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of pregnancy,but it was still higher than before on the whole.2.The incidence of gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes mellitus in the third trimester increases.Because blood lipids show an upward trend in the third trimester,the increase of blood lipids may be a factor leading to the occurrence of gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes mellitus. |
