Clinical Reasearch Of Xue Chou Qing Pill Blood Lipids In Hyperlipemia Patients Based On Differentiation Of Splegm And Blood Stagnate

Objectives:To observe the clinical effect and safety of Xue Chou Qing Pill in patients with Hyperlipideimia belonged to the symptom of blood stasis and endogenous retention of phlegm .Methods: Arandomized single-blind observational study forty eight patients with Hyperlipidimia belonged to the symptom of blood stasis and endogenous retention of phlegm were divided into curative group(24 cases)and control group(24cases) at random. The curative group was treated by Xue Chou Qing Liu Pill and the control group was treated by Zhi Mai Kang Capsule. Eight weeks was a course of treatment. The changes of TC,TG,LDL and HDL were observed before and after treatmentResults:The curative group can low lipid significantly. After 8 weeks treatment the overall percentage of sucess in curative group is 95.45%,and in control group is 73.91 % .Compared with the curative group, the curative group has the same effect in lipid (P>0.05) . the curative group and curative group can both low TC,TG,LDL,HDL (P<0.05) ,they have the same effect ( P>0.05 ) .Conclusions: Xue Chou Qing Pill is an effective and safe drug in treating patients with Hyperlipidimia belonged to the s symptom of blood stasis and endogenous retention of phlegm. Xue Chou Qing Pill has the better effect in symptom remission.There no serious side effect is founded during the clinical research. Furthermore, it is worthy to be used widely.
