Clinical Observation Of Jingmen Shangqing Pills In Treating Acute Pharyngitis (Laryngeal Arthralgia Of Lung And Stomach Heat-Filled Type)

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the "Jingmen Shangqing Pills" in the treatment of acute pharyngitis(laryngeal arthralgia of lung and stomach heat-filled type),and compare with amoxicillin dispersive tablets in the treatment of acute pharyngitis(laryngeal arthralgia of lung and stomach heat-filled type),and explore more effective treatment methods for acute pharyngitis,aiming to confirm the scientific nature of Jingmen Shangqing Pills with modern research means and objective research data.To elucidate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jingmen Shangqing Pills.Methods In this study,80 patients with acute pharyngitis(laryngeal arthralgia of lung and stomach heat-filled type)were selected,Jingmen Shangqing Pills were selected as the treatment group,and amoxicillin dispersive tablets were selected as the control group,with 40 patients in both groups.According to the drug taking sequence number,80 patients were equally divided into two groups according to random table method,and were treated with Jingmen Shangqing Pills(treatment group)and amoxicillin dispersive tablets(control group),respectively.The treatment course was 5 days in both groups.Symptom score and symptom improvement rate were calculated on the 3rd and 5th days after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jingmen Shangqing Pills.Results After3 days of treatment,compared with before treatment,the graded quantitative scores of symptoms and signs in the treatment group and the control group were decreased(p<0.05),and the improvement of the score and total score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05).After treatment,the significant efficiency of the treatment group was 70% and that of the control group was 27.5%according to the quantitative grading of symptoms and signs.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05).No toxic side effects occurred during the administration of Jingmen Shangqing Pills.However,due to the small sample size and short observation time in this study,the safety of the drug was temporarily not evaluated in this study.Conclusion Jingmen Shangqing Pills can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with acute pharyngitis(laryngeal arthralgia of lung and stomach heat filled type).Compared with amoxicillin dispersive tablets,Jingmen Shangqing Pills has better overall effect and faster onset.
