Clinical Efficacy Research Of Qinma Granules' Treatment In Children With Acute Pharyngitis

Objective: Collecting Children Qinma Granule as the experimental group, and Mimetic Children Qinma Granule as a control group. By comparing these two sets of comparisons,we can learn the clinical efficacy of TCM Yun-lung and stomach heat syndrome.Method: We collected Children who come to the Hospital of Hubei Province acute pharyngitis aged 3 to 14 years(TCM lung and stomach heat syndrome). Using stratified randomized, parallel group, double-blind clinical trial. The patients were segmented by age group from 3 to 5 years old, 6 to 10 years old and 11 to 14 years old. Then random 1: 1 experimental group and control group, each layer to perform randomization, choose 16 cases of the number of cases. Experimental group have 8 patients and have 8 cases in the control group, total 48 cases. 5 days for the two groups are treated with a course. Collecting demographic data of children, recording signs and symptoms before and after treatment. Finally, fill out the required form “ Symptoms and signs quantization standard classification table ”. The effectiveness evaluation of pediatric Qin Ma particles of the children's gender, age of the situation, before the main symptoms, signs and the symptom integral treatment, the curative effect of infantile acute pharyngitis diseases, lung and stomach syndrome of accumulated heat syndromes, single main symptoms and signs of efficacy, before and after treatment, the total product and after treatment, the main symptoms, signs and the symptom integral, using SPSS 19.0 software for statistical analysis. Observe and record the vital signs, ECG, laboratory tests and adverse events before and after treatment in order to evaluate the safety of the patients.Results: 1. Among them, throat pain test group markedly rate was 100%, the control group markedly effective rate and total effective rate was 54% and 66.7%; throat hyperemia test group more significant rate of was 100%, the control group markedly effective rate and total effective rate were 8.3%, 41.7%; throat swelling test group markedly rate and the total effective rate was 83.3%, 95.8%, the control group markedly effective rate and total effective rate was 37.5%, 54.2% respectively. 4.Experimental group and control group before and after treatment with total score and after treatment, main symptoms, signs and the symptom integral statistics, in addition to fever of integral P > 0.05, no statistically significant and the remaining term P < 0.05, with statistical significance. 5.In the process of test, with general physical examination items, blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, electrocardiogram, liver function and renal function all did not appear abnormal, and no adverse reaction, indicating that children Qin Ma particles has better security.Conclusion: In the clinical treatment for children with acute pharyngitis(TCM lung and stomach heat syndrome), using Children Qinma Granule continuously for 5 days.
