With the rapid development of today’s society,the topic of safeguarding and improving people’s livelihood has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.Basic public health services,as an important part of people’s livelihood and welfare,their level of equalization is related to the health of the whole people,and it also reflects the fairness and justice of the entire society.In order to gradually promote the equalization of basic public health services,my country formally proposed in 2009 to fully implement the national basic public health service projects nationwide.With the in-depth implementation of the project,the pattern of basic medical services shared by all people has basically taken shape,and people’s single demand for improving their own health conditions has also been met.After entering the new era,with the transformation of the main contradictions in our society,people’s health needs are also complex and diversified.How to ensure the health needs of residents equally is not only an important issue for basic public health work in the new era.,It is an important part of the construction of a healthy China.In recent years,relying on its unique geographical advantages,W District has actively explored and innovated,striving to open up a path for the development of basic public health services with local characteristics.However,as the exploration and innovation continue to deepen,although certain results have been achieved,it has also been exposed A series of problems,such as the unbalanced allocation of service resources in urban and rural areas,differences in the degree of service received by residents,and unsatisfactory feedback from residents on service effects,etc.Based on a large number of documents,this article draws on the experience and research results of the equalization of basic public health services at home and abroad,based on the actual and current situation of public health work in W District,and from the perspective of mechanism innovation,establishes the equalization of basic public health services in W District.The evaluation model,through a questionnaire survey of the residents of District W,from the perspective of public participation,uses SPSS25.0 to comprehensively analyze the collected data,and carry out the overall evaluation of the level of equalization of basic public health services to test W The district’s innovative achievements,comprehensive use of interview methods,find out the constraints and existing problems of the equalization of basic public health services in District W,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the gradual promotion of service equalization from the perspective of policy environment,financing,service provision,and residents’ participation. |
