Clinical Observation Of Self-made Tuodu Buxu Decoction In Promoting Wound Healing After Operation Of High Perianal Abscess

Objectives To observe the clinical effect of self-made Tuodu Buxu decoction on wound healing after operation of high perianal abscess.Methods 60 patients with high perianal abscess were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).From the first day after operation,the control group was treated with routine postoperative dressing,while the observation group was treated with self-made Tuodu Buxu decoction for 7 days.The wound area,wound healing percentage,wound healing time,secretion,wound granulation tissue growth,pain,anal distension,leukocyte,liver and kidney function were observed in each group.Follow-up of recurrence by telephone.According to the analysis results,to explore the clinical effect of self-made Tuodu Buxu decoction on wound healing after operation of high perianal abscess and evaluate its effectiveness.Results 1 Comparison of general data: there was no significant difference in sex,age and initial wound area(P > 0.05).2 Comparison of curative effect observation indexes: there was no significant difference in wound area between the experimental group and the control group on the 1st and 7th day after operation,but on the 14 th and 28 th day after operation,the wound area in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group(P <0.05).The wound healing time in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the percentage of wound healing on the 7th day after operation(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference on the 14 th and28th day after operation(P < 0.05),and the clinical curative effect in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3 Observation index of complications:there was no significant difference in secretion score between the test group and the control group on the first day after operation(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference on the7 th and 14 th day after operation(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score between the experimental group and the control group on the 1st and 14 th day after operation(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference in anal pain between the experimental group and the control group on the 7th day after operation(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of anal distension between the experimental group and the control group on the 1st day after operation(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference on the7 th and 14 th day after operation(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in the score of secondary infection on the 1st to 7th day and 14 th to 21 st day after operation(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the score of secondary infection on the 7th to 14 th day after operation(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in leukocyte index between the experimental group and the control group on the 1st day after operation(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference on the 7th day after operation between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).4 Safety results: during the treatment period,the vital signs of the two groups were stable and none of the patients had drug-related adverse reactions.the liver and kidney functions were in the normal range before and after treatment,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusions 1 Self-made Tuodu Buxu decoction combined with postoperative routine treatment can promote rapid wound healing,reduce the degree of complications,effective,and can provide a basis for further research work.2 Within the range of the sample,the selfmade Tuodu Buxu decoction had no significant effect on vital signs and liver and kidney function and there were few adverse reactions.Figure0;Table14;Reference 93...
