Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Postoperative Recovery Of Perianal Abscess(Hygrothermal Constitution) With Self-made Clearing Away Heat And Dampness Decoction

Objective: Based on the theory of "treatment according to physique differentiation" of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper studies the effects of self-made clearing away heat and dampness decoction with perianal abscess in patients(the damp-heat type)after perianal abscess surgery on the healing of the wound,the complications and the overall curative effect.Methods: Sixty patients with damp-heat type physique perianal abscess who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table.Thirty patients in the control group were treated with conventional anti-infection and wound dressing after surgery.Thirty patients in the treatment group were treated with self-made clearing away heat and dampness decoction on the 1st to 14 th day after the surgery.After 3 weeks of treatment,postoperative recovery was assessed in both groups.Results: Sixty patients were enrolled(4 patients were detached midway).There were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The results of the treatment were analyzed as follows:(1)Overall efficacy evaluation: The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate of the two groups was 100% on the 21 st day after surgery,and the treatment group recovered in 3 cases;the two groups healed.Compared with the control group,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).(2)On the 21 st day after operation,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and all the efficacy indexes were statistically different(P<0.05).(3)On the 14 th day after operation,the treatment group was superior to the control group in the four aspects of wound width,wound pain score,granulation growth and wound exudation(P<0.05).(4)On the 7th day after surgery,the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of wound pain and granulation growth,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).(5)The conversion scores of dampness and heat types scores in the treatment group were significantly lower before and after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,no patients relapsed.Conclusion:Self-made clearing heat and dampness prescription can effectively reduce wound pain and wound exudation after perianal abscess(dampness and heat types),promote wound granulation tissue growth,accelerate healing,shorten recovery cycle and reduce recurrence rate.No adverse reactions occurred during the study,and the method was safe and worth promoting.
