Observation On The Effect Of Fumigation And Washing With Self-made Baiji Shengji Decoction For Perianal Abscess After Operation

Purpose:The patients with of low perianal abscess(fire poison accumulation type)were fumigated and washed with baiji shengji decoction after operation,this paper discusses the clinical application effect of baiji shengji decoction on relieving the postoperative pain of patients with of low perianal abscess(fire poison accumulation type),reducing the wound secretion and promoting the wound healing,and evaluates the clinical effect of baiji shengji decoction on the patients with low perianal abscess after operation.Material and method:According to the random number table method,68 patients with fire poison accumulation type of low perianal abscess after operation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,34 cases each.The two groups of patients were treated with the same surgical method,while the patients of observation group were fumigated and washed with baiji shengji decoction,while the patients of control group were fumigated and washed with potassium permanganate solution.The degree of pain and the amount of wound secretion were observed and recorded on the 3rd,7th and 12 th days after treatment.The granulation tissue growth in wound and wound reduction rate of the two groups of patients on the 7th and 12 th days after treatment were observed and recorded,and the overall treatment effect of the two groups of patients was analyzed and compared.To observe and compare the wound healing time between the two groups.Results:1.on the 3rd day after medication,the pain level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the amount of wound secretion was less than that of the control group(p<0.05).2.On the 7th day after the treatment,the pain degree of patients in both groups were alleviated,and the treatment effect was more obvious in the observation group,and the amount of wound secretion and granulation tissue growth in wound in the observation group were both better than that in the control group.3.On the 12 th day of medication,there was no significant difference in pain degree and the amount of wound secretion between the two groups.The granulation tissue growth in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the wound healing rate was faster.The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.4.The time of wound healing in the observation group was 19.12±2.274,which was shorter than that in the control group 22.25±2.170.Conclusion:The application of Baiji Shengji decoction to fumigate and wash the patient with of low perianal abscess(fire toxin accumulation type)after operation can relieve postoperative pain,reduce the amount of wound secretion,promote wound recovery and shorten healing time.The treatment of this type perianal abscess patient after operation can play a positive role in promoting,the observation process did not find obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
