Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Contractions Due To Coronary Heart Disease With Heart And Kidney-yin Deficiency By Zuoguiyin Combined With Guipi Decoction

OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy of Zuoguiyin combined with Guipi Decoction in the treatment of patients with premature ventricular contraction of coronary heart disease before and after treatment,to explore its mechanism of action,and to provide ideas and methods for clinical treatment.METHODS: A total of 35 patients aged 55-65 years with screening criteria were included in the study.All patients were from the Department of Cardiology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by the method of self-control before and after treatment.After the patient was enrolled,Zuoguiyin combined with Guipi Decoction were added(drug composition:Rehmanniaglutinosa20g,Angelica20 g,Yam15g,Hawthorn10 g,lico rice10 g,Suanzaoren10g,Fuling10 g,Longanmeat10g)150ml/time,2times/day,co urse of treatment 2 weeks.The changes of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were recorded and compared.The scores of patients with the same level before and after treatment in the ventricular premature contractions Lang grades were changed.The number of ventricular premature contractionsand the average heart rates of dynamicelectrocardiogram.RESULTS:1.Comparison of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment:After treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.Effectiveness before and after treatment: Under the premise of conventional western medicine treatment,according to the actual situation of the patients,after treatment with Zuoguiyin and Guipi Decoction for 2 weeks,8 cases(25%)were effective and 22 cases(68.75%)were effective.Invalid 2cases(6.25%),the total effective rate was 93.75%.3.Comparison of heart rate at rest before and after treatment: After treatment,the decrease was significant compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.The average heart rates and ventricular premature contractions of dynamic electrocardiogram before and after treatment were compared: the difference was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.01).5.No adverse reactions occurred during clinical treatment observation.IN CONCLUTION:1.Zuoguiyin combined with Guipi Decoction can improve the TCM symptom scores of patients with ventricular premature contractions of heart and kidney yin deficiency,and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients;2.Zuoguiyin combined with Guipi Decoction has certain curative effect on the treatment of patients with ventricular premature contractions due to coronary heart disease.It can improve the classification of patients with Lown,reduce the number of ventricular premature contractions,the incidence rates and the benign changes of heart rates.
