Clinical Research Of Yi Qi Fu Mai Decoction On Treating Senile Coronary Heart Disease Of Ventricular Premature Contractions And The Correlation Study On Heart Rate Turbulanceand

Object:This study observed the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Fumai decoction's treatment of elderly coronary heart disease with ventricular premature contractions which belongs to the category of deficiency of both qi and blood.To observe the Yiqi Fumai decoction's influence in the two quantitative indicators such as Turbulence onset and Turbulence slope of the heart rate turbulence.It provides a theoretical basis and provide evidence-based medicine for The Yiqi Fumai decoction.Methods:Collecting 60 elderly patients with coronary heart disease with ventricular premature contractions which belongs to the category of deficiency of both qi and blood.The 60 elderly patients were randomly divided into treatment group with 30 patients and control group with 30 patients,The control group were treated with propafenone hydrochloride tablets.Treatment group were treated with Yiqi Fumai decoction.Both groups were treated 6 weeks.To compare and observe the TCM syndrome score,the efficacy of TCM symptom,the number of ventricular premature contractions,the electrocardiogram efficacy of ventricular premature contractions of the 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram and the heart rate turbulence before and after treatment as well as indicators of safety.Through statistical package SPSS19.0 to establish a database and data management and analysis and finally calculated the result.Results:(1)TCM syndrome changes were observed after 6-week treatment,Treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically.Treatment group and control group compared in TCM syndrome effect,total effective rate was 80% in the treatment group and 60% in the control group.There were significant differences(P <0.05)in the two groups.(2)The number of ventricular premature contractions were observed in the 24 hours Holter,six weeks after treatment,the treatment group compared with control group,(P> 0 05),the difference was not statistically significant.It was not statistically significant;The total effective rate of VPCs in ECG was 66.67% in treatment group and it was 53.33% in the control group.There were no significant difference in the two groups(P > 0.05).(3)Changes were observed after 6-week treatment in TO and TS,the treatment group and control group were compared in TO,(P <0.01),There were significant differences in the treatment group than in the control group.The treatment group and control group were compared in TS,(P <0.05),There were significant differences in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion:(1)On terms of the TCM syndromes,Yiqi Fumai decoction can improve the clinical symptoms in elderly patients with coronary heart disease of VPCs and with the deficiency of both qi and blood,such as palpitations,shortness of breath,chest tightness,and so on.(2)Yiqi Fumai decoction can reduce the 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram number of occurrences of ventricular premature contractions.It has a similar effect with propafenone hydrochloride in premature ventricular contractions ECG efficacy.(3)Yiqi Fumai decoction also can though improving the autonomic nervous system regulation mechanism to leave the HRT tend to balance,to make the heart rate turbulence index TO decreases,and make the TS increase.(4)Yiqi Fumai decoction Qi Fang Fumai no significant liver and kidney dysfunction,not produce toxic side effects,it is worthy of further promotion of the use.
