Research On Optimization Of Logistics Materials Supply Process In Wuhan H Hospital

China’s medical industry is undergoing major changes.From the scope of the reform,include medical institutions at all levels to public hospitals in all provinces and cities;from the depth of the reform,not only the targeted performance in Clinical department,but also functional departments,including logistics supply,began to pay attention to management efficiency and actively explore the right path for hospital modernization reform and development.Especially since the outbreak of COVID-19,most public hospitals have been supported by the hospital logistics and material supply department.The epidemic has put forward higher requirements for the hospital logistics supply and management capacity,and it is imperative to optimize the hospital logistics supply process.Under the background of hospital logistics modernization reform,this paper studied the design of logistics material supply process in Wuhan H Hospital.This paper summarizes the research situation in related fields,comprehensively understands the current situation and reform experience at home and abroad,investigates the development situation of Wuhan H Hospital,summarizes the problems in the logistics supply of Wuhan H Hospital,and uses the management theory and method of business process optimization and supply chain collaborative management to design the optimization scheme and logistics emergency supply process.In the implementation process of the plan,starting from the local pilot project,we will gradually promote the optimization practice of logistics material supply process,adjust the procurement process and inventory management mode,strengthen the collaborative management mechanism with suppliers,establish a long-term management mechanism of hospital logistics emergency materials,standardize the emergency support process,and build a unified information platform.Finally,the process optimization guarantee measures are proposed for strengthening the construction of logistics personnel team and improving the information transformation of logistics material supply.The results of this paper help to further promote the process of logistics supply reform in Wuhan H Hospital,and also have a positive reference effect on the reform of similar hospitals.
