Research On Optimization Of Supply Chain Management Of Medical Consumables In SCL Hospital Based On SCOR Mode

The concept of supply chain management came into China in the 1990 s.With the rapid development of China’s society and economy,the role of supply chain management has been constantly highlighted.Therefore,supply chain management has also received the attention of experts at home and abroad.The essence of supply chain is to conduct integrated management of the relevant information flow,logistics and capital flow from suppliers to customers.It is a comprehensive management of the internal and external of the enterprise.It is an optimization idea for the supply business from the overall perspective.It is necessary to get rid of the local optimization at the level of a single enterprise and a single functional position as far as possible to achieve the overall optimization of the internal and external supply chain of the enterprise.Based on the relevant literature and relevant application research of supply chain management at home and abroad,this paper takes the supply chain of SCL hospital as the research object,introduces the theory of SCOR model,diagnoses and analyzes the situation of SCL hospital and the existing supply chain operation mode of SCL hospital,and studies how to reasonably optimize the supply chain of SCL hospital based on SCOR model from both theoretical and practical aspects.The specific research work is mainly carried out from the following two perspectives: first,from the theoretical point of view,referring to domestic and foreign research results related to supply chain management optimization and SCOR model,and establishing that the theoretical basis of this research is based on SCOR model.By quoting the main coverage,hierarchical structure and supply chain performance index evaluation system of SCOR model,and combining the actual situation of the internal and external environment and operation mode of SCL hospital,this paper makes a macro analysis of the supply chain of SCL hospital and points out its existing problems;Then,from a practical point of view,through the application of SCOR standard model and the comparative analysis of the current situation of SCL hospital supply chain,the main problems of the current business process system and performance index system of SCL hospital supply chain are diagnosed and improved.The main research result of this paper is to find and improve the problems of hospital supply chain by quoting SCOR model theory,hoping to provide some reference for hospital supply chain management.
