The Optimization Of B Hospital Drug Supply Management Mode

Hospital drug stock is a very important part of hospital management, how to run a good management has become a hot issue between more and more hospital managers and scholars. At the same time, the national food and drug administrator has put much more effort on the execution of the Good Supply Practice, the demand on Quality Control Standard and equipment has also been boost to a much higher level, which lead to a great improvement to the cost of drug stock. Traditional model of medicine management has gradually been a block hospital must choose a more and efficient economic model of drug management and stock, to put it scientifically and rationally, and manage efficiently and easily. Not only meet the demand of clinic, but also minimize the cost of medicine stock, to ensure hospital operate normally.Based on this background, as the current situation and the drug supply management of B hospital, the paper carries on the discussion on how to optimize the B hospital drug supply management. To find the best way to solve the problem, firstly, the paper analyzes the problems of drug supply management in the B hospital, then, some reasons were found out, lastly, the classification drug supply management model was figured out to optimize hospital drug operation model. The basis of the classification drug supply management model is the drug classification with Carla Jack model, as the classification criterion were the supply risk and profit impact assessment, drugs were divided into general type drugs, the bottleneck drugs, strategic drugs and leveraged drugs. At the same time, based on the drug distribution system which was combined with a central pharmacy in Eastern Hospital and four dispensaries in other hospitals, we proposed classification drug distribution model, namely supplier-drug storehouse-dispensary model, supplier-drug storehouse model and hybrid distribution mode, also we had a detailed explanation of drug distribution models on different drug categories. The cost of inventory management could be reduced and the turnover rate could be improved by the help of quantitative inventory management model, the periodic inventory management model and JIT inventory management model, and so on. To optimize drug supply management mode, the guarantee measures had been proposed, including improving hospital drug information system and logistics management system, improving the accurate prediction of clinical medicine using. Finally, three typical examples are selected to demonstrate the general process of drug supply management model.Through theoretical analysis and practical examples, this paper makes a deep research on the current supply management mode of the B hospital, and puts forward the classification of drug supply management mode to achieve the purpose of reducing drug stocks and improving the effectiveness of drug management.
