Quality Management Optimization Of Chinese Medicine Supply Chain Based On "Internet Plus"

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is Chinese unique health resources,economic resources with great potential,scientific and technological resources with original advantages,excellent cultural resources and important ecological resources.During the period of major epidemic,TCM played its unique advantages and made great contributions to the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic.On October 25,2019,the “Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting the Development and Innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine” issued by the National Conference of Traditional Chinese Medicine stated that “inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics in the new era”,to “vigorously promote quality improvement and industrial development of high quality Chinese medicine”.Genuine medicinal materials are the essence of traditional Chinese medicine culture in China.The high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine industry must be guaranteed by Authentic medicinal materials.However,there are many quality problems in the planting,processing and selling of genuine medicinal materials.The results show that the construction of quality assurance system based on supply chain theory is a feasible way to improve the quality of medicinal materials.However,from the perspective of practice,the quality management efficiency of genuine medicinal materials supply chain is low,and it is difficult to achieve the dual objectives of improving the quality of medicinal materials and corporate profits.“Internet +”information technology can optimize the quality management level of agricultural product supply chains,which is conducive to strengthening agricultural product quality supervision and improving the quality and safety of agricultural products.Genuine medicinal materials have the dual attributes of agricultural products and medicines.Based on the related research on the quality management optimization of agricultural product supply chains and combining the actual conditions of genuine medicinal material supply chains,this study believes that the use of Internet information technology to optimize the quality management level of genuine medicinal material supply chains,It may be a feasible way to promote the quality of genuine medicinal materials.This article is based on the theory of supply chain quality management,the theory of“demand pulling-technology driving” technology innovation,the theory of information asymmetry,and the theory of industrial integration.Taking the difficult problem of genuine medicinal material supply chain quality management as the starting point,from two perspectives of consumers and producers,carry out the research on the optimization of genuine medicinal material supply chain quality management based on “Internet +”.The conclusions of the study are as follows:Research content 1:the problem of genuine medicinal material supply chain quality management.Lack of quality control ability,loose cooperative relationship,asymmetric quality information and imperfect supervision mechanism are the main reasons for the quality management dilemma of the genuine medicinal material supply chain.Research content 2: research on consumers information demand and willingness to pay.From the perspective of demand pulling technological innovation,the information demand of consumers are investigated on the spot,and the Logistic model and Tobit model are established respectively to analyze consumers willingness to pay and influencing factors.The results showed that consumers had a strong demand for the quality information of medicinal materials,among which the demand for the information of origin,inspection and processing was higher.The way that consumer hopes to obtain information also is given priority to with network inquiry;Consumers are more likely to trust quality information certified by government departments;However,the willingness to pay for traceable medicinal materials is not strong,which needs to be further improved.Research content 3: the optimization path of quality management of genuine medicinal materials supply chain based on “Internet +”.From the perspective of technology promotion,this paper studied the optimal route of quality management of genuine medicinal materials supply chain based on “Internet +”.To collaborative integration of“Internet +” and the supply chain of genuine medicinal materials,the establishment of the quality assurance system,the whole process quality traceability system and the integrated information platform of the genuine medicinal materials supply chain can effectively improve the quality management level of the genuine medicinal materials supply chain.This study can enrich the theoretical results of the quality management of genuine medicinal materials supply chain.The conclusion of the study will provide some guidance for enterprises to carry out the quality management of genuine medicinal materials supply chain and improve the quality management level of genuine medicinal materials.In addition,it provides theoretical support and decision-making reference for the government to formulate the quality supervision of traditional Chinese medicine.
