Based On Data Mining And Network Pharmacology Research,Professor Lin Shouning Used The Medication Rule And Mechanism Of Treating Peptic Ulcer

Objective: This study explored the medication rules of Professor Lin Shouning in the treatment of peptic ulcer,formulated the core drugs,and conducted the preliminary research with network pharmacology analysis tools.method:1.Based on data mining technology,the TCM inheritance computing platform was used to study the prescription rules of Professor Lin Shouning in the treatment of peptic ulcer,sort out the core drug combination,and summarize his clinical diagnosis and treatment experience.2.Aiming at the core drug combination of Professor Lin Shouning in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,the action mechanism of the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis was discussed by using network pharmacology methods.Results:1 Professor Lin Shouning of medication experience data mining Basic information:a total of 394 cases were collected,214 males,accounting for about 54%;180 women,accounting for about 46%.Age was mainly concentrated in 51-59 years old and 61-69 years old,accounting for 22.84% and 24.11%respectively.181 people diagnosed with gastric ulcers accounted for 45.94%,125 duodenal ulcers accounted for 31.73%,and 88 people had complex ulcers,accounting for 22.34%.There were 5 kinds of TCM syndrome,among which217(55.08%)of syndrome of dampness and spleen,95(24.11%),and 75(19.04%)of spleen and stomach weakness.Prescription analysis: Among the 394 cases included in this study,110 drugs were used.The cumulative frequency of medication was 4,863 times.The overall frequency of drug use was more than 60% with 10 flavors,including pinellia pinellia,malt,amomum,tangerine peel,tangerine peel,atractylodes,licorice,chicken gold,wood incense,poria cocos and Buddha hand.The drug are mainly warm drugs,flat drugs and cold drugs.The main delicious taste of medicine is spicy,sweet,and bitter.The main spleen meridian and stomach meridian,followed by the pulmonary meridian.The classification of drug efficacy is qi medicine,tonic deficiency medicine,digestion medicine and dampness medicine.Pinellia-amomum,amomum-tangerine peel,pinellia-malt and amomum-malt showed the highest frequency.Combined with confidence and support,the combination of chicken gold-> kernel,wood-> kernel,pinellia,chicken gold-> kernel,malt,chicken gold-> kernel,pinellia,tangerine peel,chicken gold-> kernel,malt,tangerine peel,chicken gold-> kernel and other combinations showed high support.The confidence degree was set at 0.9,and the support degree was set at 280.The extracted drug network topology involved 8 core Chinese medicines,namely pinellia,chicken gold,wood incense,amomum,malt,Atractylodes,tangerine peel and licorice.Common syndrome type cold and heat mismatch,combined with confidence and support,the extracted drug network topology involved 7 traditional Chinese medicines,namely,pinellia pinellia,Coptis chinensis,amomum,malt,atractylodes,tangerine peel and licorice.Cluster analysis obtained three groups of drug combinations: 1.Coptis chinensis,pinellia pinellia,malt,tangerine peel and licorice.2.Coptis chinensis,pinellia,dried ginger,malt,magnolia.3.Amomum,Coptis chinensis,pinellia,malt,atractylodes.Common syndrome type wet depression spleen and stomach syndrome,combined with confidence and support,extracted drug network topology,involving a total of 8 traditional Chinese medicines,respectively,pinellia pinellia,wood incense,amomum,malt,atractylodes,tangerine peel,licorice,and chicken gold.Cluster analysis obtained three groups of drug combinations: 1.tangerine peel,amomum,malt,wood fragrance,and pinellia pinellia.2.tangerine peel,amomum,malt,wood fragrance,pinellia.3.Amomum,pinellia,chicken gold,magnolia officinalis,tangerine peel.Common syndrome of spleen and stomach weakness,combined with confidence and support drug network topology involved 10 Chinese medicines,namely dangshen,Atractylodes,Atractylodes,poria,pinellia pinellia,wood fragrance,amomum,malt,tangerine peel,licorice,and chicken inner gold.Cluster analysis of three drug combinations were: 1.Poria cocos,atractylodes,Dangshen,tangerine peel and licorice.2.Poria cocos,atractylodes,Dangshen,amomum,licorice.3,Poria cocos,Dangshen,amomum omum,chicken inside gold,atractylodes.2 Network pharmacology analysis of core medicationNetwork pharmacology method tools were used to predict that core drugs(pinellia,amomum,tangerine peel,wood incense,malt)play important roles in luteolin,β-sitosterol,tangerine,baicalein,phallarin,naringenin,stigmasterol,etc.The core targets are TP 53,MAPK 3,JUN,MAPK 1,AKT 1,HSP90AA1,IL 6,TNF,etc.GO enrichment analysis shows that the core drugs through the synergy of the treatment of PU,its main efficacy mechanism may be hormone response,response to oxidative stress,gland development,positive regulation of cell death,response to external stimuli,apoptotic signaling pathway regulation,signal receptor regulation activity,protein kinase activity,protein homodimerization activity,kinase regulation activity,antioxidant activity,PI3K-Akt and other related pathways.KEGG pathway analysis suggested that cancer pathways,HIF-1 signaling pathway,cellular senescence,MAPK signaling pathway,chemical carcinogenesis-receptor activation,and transcriptional dysregulation in cancer may related.Conclusion:1 Professor Lin Shoning diagnosed and treated peptic ulcer,and examined cold,hot phlegm and dampness along with the syndrome.Combined with the influence of modern environment and the influence of regional hot and humid climate,he predicted the disease change,and paid attention to the treatment based on syndrome differentiation.It is proposed that the syndrome differentiation is based on the spleen,and the spleen and stomach weakness and the spleen and stomach are the basic pathogenesis,and the spleen and stomach syndrome,cold and heat mixed syndrome and spleen and stomach weakness syndrome are the most common.Treatment to invigorate the spleen and dampness,qi and stomach,calm cold and heat.At the same time,with heat and dampness,digestion and stagnation,acid collection,blood circulation and blood stasis and pain relief.The party is good at drug compatibility,attack and defense combination,in order to cure.2 Professor Lin Shouning in the treatment of peptic ulcer is mainly warm,flat,spicy,sweet,bitter taste,and the spleen and stomach meridian.The commonly used core drug combinations are pinellia pinellia,amomum,chicken gold,atractylodes,wood fragrance,malt,tangerine peel,licorice and other drugs.The core drugs commonly used for cold and heat mixed syndrome are Coptis chinensis,pinellia,dried ginger,malt,amomum,magnolia officinalis,etc.,represented by the basic formula of Anstomach soup.The core commonly used drugs for wet depression spleen and stomach syndrome are pinellia pinellia,tangerine peel,wood incense,amomum,malt and chicken gold.The core drugs commonly used for spleen and stomach weakness are poria cocos,Dangshen,atractylodes,chicken gold,amomum,licorice and other drugs.3 Network pharmacology predicts that the drug components that play an important role in the treatment of peptic ulcer are luteolin,β-sitosterol,tangerine,baicalein,naringenin,stigmasterol and other TCM active ingredients,By affecting the key targets such as TP 53,MAPK 3,JUN,MAPK 1,AKT 1,HSP90AA1,IL 6,FOS,and TNF,Play a role in anti-oxidative stress,antiinflammatory factors,repair the gastric mucosa,participate in hormones and regulate apoptosis,Combined with the functional and pathway enrichment analysis,Potential action targets may involve HIF-1,PI3K-Akt and MAPK,which are closely related to regulating proliferation and apoptosis,inflammatory response,oxygen metabolism,stress response and hormone response.
