Treatment Of Allergic Nose Of Lung Spleen Deficiency Type Mainly By Acupuncture And Moxibustion And Moxibustion At Five Gates And Ten Changes Clinical Research

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung-spleen-qi deficiency type mainly by the combination of five doors and ten changes;Influence on nasal symptoms,quality of life and TCM syndromes and evaluation of safety.Methods: Fifty-eight patients with allergic rhinitis of lung-spleen-qi deficiency type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 29 patients in each group.The scores of TNSS,TNNSS,RQLQ and TCM syndromes before treatment in the two groups were comparable.The treatment group was mainly treated with acupuncture and moxibustion at five gates and ten changes(bilateral Taibai,Zulinyin,Zusanli,Yingu,Taiyuan,Hegu,Yingxiang,Yintang);The control group was given budesonide nasal spray.The changes of nasal and nasal concomitant symptoms,quality of life and TCM syndrome before and after treatment were observed using the Rhinitis Symptom Scale(TNSS),nasal concomitant symptoms scale(TNNSS),life treatment score scale(RQLQ)and TCM syndrome scale to determine the clinical efficacy.Results:(1)TNSS scale score: The total score of TNSS in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P;After treatment,the total score of TNSS in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).(2)TNNSS scale score: The total score of TNNSS in both groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.001),with statistical significance;After treatment,the total score of TNNSS in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)RQLQ scale score: the scores of each component of the RQLQ scale in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before(P<0.05),with statistical significance;After treatment,the scores of sub-items of "nose symptoms","eye symptoms","non nose/eye symptoms" and "behavioral problems" in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(4)TCM syndrome score: The TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P;After treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion(s): The five-door and ten-change acupoint matching method can significantly reduce the scores of TNSS,TNNSS,RQLQ and TCM syndromes;It can effectively improve nasal symptoms such as stuffy nose,itchy nose,runny nose,sneezing,as well as symptoms of lung and spleen deficiency such as fatigue,shortness of breath,drowsiness of limbs,anorexia and loose stool;It can improve the quality of patients in real life;And the side effects are less,and the clinical comprehensive effect is better than the western medicine budesonide nasal spray.Treatment.Acupuncture and moxibustion at five gates and ten changes is an effective clinical treatment for allergic rhinitis,which is worth promoting.
