| RRTI is a common pediatric clinical disease, which is one of frequently occurring diseases because of their recurrence and continuous incurability. It seriously affects the quality of children’s life. Also, it is one of intractable pediatric clinical disease. Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine is mild and effective which is widely accepted by more and more parents and children. Objective:observes modified YuPingFeng Yin on deficiency of lung and spleen-qi for the effects on RRTI based on the previous research. Methods:We collected 100 cases which meet all the conditions and come from pediatric clinics of the 2nd affiliated hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2012 October to 2013 March. The children are between 1 and 14. The 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 48 cases.Modified YuPingFeng Yin is composed of Astragalus membranaceus, Codonopsis pilosula, Atractylodes, Saposhnikovia divaricata, Poria cocos, Licorice. One prescription is used a day with water and divided from day and night, 3 month for a course of treatment. 60 cases are clinical observed before and after treatment. Also, the frequency, interval, severity of primary symptom, T cell subgroup, changes of Immunoglobulin are compared in this experiment. The control group is treated with transfer factor oral liquid in Xi’an Diesel biological pharmaceutical limited liability company production(each 10 ml), 10 ml each time, 1 times a day, 3 month is 1 treatment course. To observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups and T cell subgroup, changes of Immunoglobulin. Results:Clinical observation showed, the total effective rate in treatment group was 95.83%, total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group 83.33%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The comparison between two groups, treatment group after sweating, Cough, Lassitude, anorexia symptoms and signs of the improved significantly(P<0.01), significantly better than the control group. Each index before and after treatment in the two groups were control, IgA, IgG, IgM were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Comparing the two groups after treatment, the difference was statistically significant indicators of T cell subsets(P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion : Modified YuPingFeng Yin is effectively cured RRTI and control recurrence which can decrease the incidence, delay the intervals and reduce the degree of disease And effectively improve the humoral and cellular immune level in children, and improve clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine. It’s really a safe and reliable prescription for RRTI. |
