Professor Qi Yuanfu’s Medication Rules And Clinical Experience In The Differentiation And Treatment Of Liver Cancer

Objective: To analyze the research status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome types of liver cancer,classify the collected cases based on the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Tumors in Traditional Chinese Medicine",and explore the medication rules and clinical experience of the tutor in the differentiation and treatment of liver cancer.Methods: A total of 191 cases of basic prescriptions for diagnosing and treating liver cancer by Professor Qi Yuanfu conforming to the standards were collected.Under the supervision of two experts with deputy senior professional titles,the cases were classified according to the liver cancer part in the Guidelines for Diagnosing and Treating Cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine.The database was established by Excel,SPSS Modeler 18.0,Gephi(V 0.10.1)and SPSS Statistics 23.0 software were used for data mining and processing,and high-frequency drugs,traditional Chinese medicine efficacy,the return of sexual taste,common drug pairs,cluster prescriptions and core prescriptions were obtained statistically.To study the medication characteristics of each syndrome type of the tutor,and analyze and summarize the "theory,method,prescription and medicine" of the tutor in distinguishing and treating liver cancer.Results: There were 64 cases of liver depression and spleen deficiency,53 cases of dampness-heat toxic accumulation,37 cases of liver qi stagnation,30 cases of liver and kidney Yin deficiency,7 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis.The specific analysis of the five syndrome types is as follows: the 17 commonly used high frequency Chinese medicines were Bupleurum,Albizia Bark,Fingered Citron,Rhizoma Paridis,Tangerine Peel,Stir-fried Malt,Codonopsis,Qing Pinellia,Raw Licorice,Acacia Catechu,Hedyotis Diffusa,Jinqiancao,Poria Cocos,Yuzhizi,Yanhusuo,Ligustrum Lucidum,and Hairyvein Agrimony;The commonly used efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine are regulating qi,supplementing deficiency,clearing heat and improving water and dampness.The medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine are mild cold,cold,warm and calm,and the medicinal tastes are bitter,sweet and pungent,which mainly return to the liver,lung and spleen channels.The commonly used Chinese medicine pairs are Bupleurum and Raw Licorice,Fingered Citron and Albizia Bark,Tangerine Peel and Qing Pinellia,Poria Cocos and Polyporus Umbellatus,Yanhusuo and Chinaberry,Ligustrum Lucidum and Dodder seed.TCM clustering prescriptions and core prescriptions for each syndrome type:(1)Two clustering prescriptions were obtained for the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and the core prescriptions were composed of Bupleurum,Fingered Citron,Rhizoma Paridis,Fried Radish Seed,Stir-fried Malt,Codonopsis,Albizia Bark,Hedyotis Diffusa,Yuzhizi,Raw Licorice,Poria Cocos,Stir-fried Rhizoma Atractylodes with Bran,Fructus Aurantii,Acacia Catechu and Tangerine Peel.(2)The dampening-heat toxicity syndrome of a total of 3 clusters,the core of the formula consists of: Bupleurum,Codonopsis,Tangerine Peel,Bran Fried Coix Seed,Hedyotis Diffusa,Ligustrum Lucidum,Raw Licorice,Hairyvein Agrimony,Snake Berry,Baiying,Acacia Catechu,Dodder seed,Fingered Citron,Albizia Bark,Yuzhizi,Rhizoma Paridis,Stir-fried Malt,Dendrobium.(3)Four cluster prescriptions were obtained in the liver qi stasis syndrome,and the core prescriptions were: Bupleurum,Fingered Citron,Raw Licorice,Rhizoma Paridis,Qing Pinellia,Tangerine peel,Fructus Aurantii,Fried Radish Seed,Codonopsis,Poria Cocos,Yuzhizi,Hedyotis Diffusa,Albizia Bark,Yanhusuo,Stir-fried Rhizoma Atractylodes with Bran.(4)The liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome obtained a total of 3 clusters,the core of the formula is: Bupleurum,Hairyvein Agrimony,Rhizoma Paridis,Dendrobium,Hedyotis Diffusa,Raw Licorice,Stir-fried Malt,Fingered Citron,Albizia Bark,Acacia Catechu,Ligustrum Lucidum,Yuzhizi,Codonopsis,Snake Berry,Baiying,Dodder seed.(5)As there are less than 10 cases of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,it has not been deeply discussed.Therefore,based on the characteristics of the overall medication law of the tutor and the understanding of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,this paper briefly analyzes several kinds of drugs commonly used by the tutor to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Conclusion: Professor Qi Yuanfu advocates the combination of syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation,and the treatment of liver cancer should be based on strengthening the spleen and qi,tonifying the liver and kidney,regulating the qi and nourishing the blood,and dispelling the evil lies in regulating the liver and qi,clearing heat and dampness,removing blood stasis and detoxifying.Treatment according to syndrome differentiation: the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency mainly focuses on soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen,regulating qi and eliminating disease;the syndrome of dampness-heat toxic accumulation mainly focuses on clearing heat and removing dampness,regulating qi and invigorating the spleen;the syndrome of liver qi stagnation mainly focuses on nourishing the liver and kidney,detoxifying and removing blood stasis;the syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis mainly focuses on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
