Based On Data Mining,Research On Professor Qi Yuanfu’s Medication Rules For The Treatment Of Advanced Breast Cancer

Object:By using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system,Professor Qi Yuanfu’ s prescriptions for advanced breast cancer treatment were collected and organized to establish a reasonable database,analyzed and summarized the characteristics of Professor Qi Yuanfu’s treatment of advanced breast cancer,and provided a reference for clinical TCM treatment of advanced breast cancer.Methods:This study collected medical records of advanced breast cancer treated by Professor Qi Yuanfu from October 2017 to October 2019.Using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system,establish a database of diagnosis and treatment information,conduct data mining,summarize and discuss the clinical medication law of Professor Qi Yuanfu.Results:According to the statistical results of the four qi and five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,the most common drugs used by Professor Qi Yuanfu are cold,warm,bitter,sweet,and pungent.According to the statistical results of drug return meridian,common meridians are lung meridian,liver meridian,spleen meridian,and stomach meridian.According to the statistical results of drug efficacy,commonly used drugs are tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs,qi-regulating drugs,anti-surgical drugs,phlegm-relieving cough-relieving drugs,and diuresis and dampness drugs.It is concluded that the drugs of the top ten people with frequency of drugs are:Bupleurum,Chonglou,Licorice,Coix Seed,Bergamot,Albizia Julibrissin,Fritillaria,Baiying,Pseudoginseng,Snakeberry.Combining the results of the number of rule support and the confidence level,combining other analysis results and professional knowledge,extracts more meaningful drug pairs with higher association rules:Bupleurum and Chonglou,Bergamot and Albizia Peel,Baiying and Snakeberry.Summarized the commonly used drug combinations are:Bupleurum,Chonglou,Licorice,Pseudostellaria,Coix Seed,Bergamot,Albizia Julibrissin,Snakeberry,Baiying.Conclusion:1.The main drugs used by Professor Qi Yuanfu in the treatment of advanced breast cancer are divided into 7 categories:tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs,qi regulating drugs,anti-epidemic drugs,phlegm-resolving cough-relieving drugs,and diuretic and dampening drugs.2.Professor Qi Yuanfu attaches great importance to drug pairing and core drugs.The prescriptions are based on Bupleurum,Chonglou,Bergamot,Albizia Julibrissin,Pseudoginseng,Snakeberry,Baiying,and add or subtract according to the symptoms.3.Pay attention to the application of tonic drugs.3.Pay attention to the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.At the same time,drugs are selected based on the priority and priority of the deficiency and the evil,the characteristics of the drug,and the results of modern pharmacological research.
