Drome Types Of Lung Cancer And Professor Qi Yuanfu’s Clinical Experience In Treating Lung Cancer

Object:Based on the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lung Cancer Tumors",the collected cases were classified and classified.Based on the prescriptions of each syndrome type,the characteristics of the medication used by the instructors to treat lung cancer were explored,and the clinical drug experience of the instructors in the differentiation and treatment of lung cancer was summarized.Methods:A total of 161 cases of lung cancer diagnosed by Chinese medicine practitioner Qi Yuanfu,who was instructed by the subject’s inclusion criteria,were selected.According to the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Lung Cancer Tumors,the cases were classified and their prescriptions were recorded.With Excel 2003,database and SPSS 24.0 software data processing,data mining technology such as frequency analysis and system cluster analysis are used to classify the data,and then the clusters of high～frequency drugs,common drug pairs and closely related drugs are obtained.square.Based on the law of data,the study of the sexual taste,the classics,the mechanism of medication and the experience of the instructors in the commonly used drugs of various syndrome types were studied.On this basis,the clinical experience of the basic prescriptions of the instructors in the treatment of lung cancer and the compatibility of the medications were discussed.Results:161 cases were classified according to syndrome differentiation:55 cases of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,83 cases of yin deficiency internal heat syndrome,14 cases of qi and yin deficiency syndrome,4 cases of kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and 5 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.A detailed analysis of five types of syndromes:55 cases of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,a total of 96 Chinese medicines were obtained,the total frequency of drug use was 798 times,and the first three drugs in the drug frequency of 6 times or more(including 6 times)were used.In turn,there were 83 cases of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,tonifying phlegm and heat～clearing medicine;a total of 124 traditional Chinese medicines were obtained,and the total frequency of drug use was 1225 times.The frequency of drug use was more than 10 times(including 10 times).The first three drugs in the drug were heat～clearing drugs,Huatan Zhike anti～asthmatic drugs,and tonic medicine;a total of 14 cases of Qi～Yin deficiency syndrome,a total of 65 Chinese medicines were obtained,the total frequency of drugs was 209 times,and the frequency of drug use was 3 The total of 26 flavors in turn were heat～clearing medicine,tonic medicine,and phlegm～reducing and relieving asthma.Based on the five types of syndromes,it was found that the instructors used 3 drugs with tonifying kidney function and 10 commonly used drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Based on the spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,Yin deficiency internal heat syndrome,Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,combined with the instructor’s medication experience,12 common drug pairs were obtained.Based on the frequency statistics of the five types of syndromes and the experience of the instructors,the instructors used 7 anti～tumor Chinese medicines.Conclusion:The tutor’s treatment of lung cancer is mainly based on tonifying qi and strengthening spleen,taking into account the method of nourishing yin and clearing heat,detoxifying and eliminating tumor.According to the syndrome differentiation of various syndrome types:spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome focus on Jianpi Huayu;Yin deficiency heat syndrome focuses on nourishing yin and clearing heat;Qiyin deficiency syndrome focuses on tonifying qi and nourishing yin;kidney yang deficiency syndrome is focused on supplementing Yang Yuyin;qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome with the use of blood circulation.
