| Objective: Based on the data mining algorithm integrated with the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V2.5)" software,explore the high-frequency drugs,commonly used drug pairs,core prescriptions,potential core drug groups,and potential the combination of new prescriptions,etc.,preliminarily summarized Professor Ren Shunping’s clinical thinking and medication rules for the treatment of functional dyspepsia and postprandial discomfort syndrome,realizing the effective inheritance of his academic experience,and providing ideas and references for the TCM treatment of the disease and the development of new drugs.Methods: Collect PDS patients diagnosed and treated by Professor Ren Shunping in the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2020.According to strictly defined criteria for inclusion,exclusion and exclusion,307 patients with PDS were finally screened out,and their first-diagnosed prescriptions were entered into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5)" system to establish a prescription database.Using the built-in data mining algorithm of the system software,statistics and analysis of Professor Ren Shunping’s high-frequency drugs,commonly used drug pairs,core prescriptions,potential core drug groups and new prescription combinations for the treatment of this disease,and a preliminary summary of Professor Ren Shunping’s clinical treatment of PDS Ideas and rules of medication.Results: 1.General information: The population of this disease is mainly young and middle-aged women.Clinically,three types of syndromes of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,liver and stomach discordance,and spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome are more common;2.Frequency of medication use: Among the 307 first-diagnosed prescriptions,105 Chinese medicines were involved,and the total frequency of medication use reached 5284 times.There are 52 kinds of high-frequency drugs used ≥10 times.Among them,the top ten are Ginger-processed Pinellia,Magnolia officinalis,Radix Bupleuri,Radix Scutellariae,Codonopsis,Tangerine peel,Medicated Leaven,Fried rice sprout,Fried malt,Patchouli,and others.The cumulative frequency of use reached 2760 times,and the cumulative frequency of use reached 52.23%;3.Frequency of drug types:Among the 307 first-diagnosed prescriptions,there are 105 kinds of single medicines and17 kinds of medicines.There are 7 kinds of high-frequency medicines,including digestion,qi regulation,dampness,tonic,phlegm,cough and asthma,relieving skin,and clearing away heat.It contains 74 medicinal flavors,and the cumulative frequency of use reaches86.37%;4.Frequency of drug attributes: The four qi are mainly mild and cold,and the five flavors are mostly pungent,bitter and sweet.The main meridians are the spleen meridian,stomach meridian,lung meridian,liver meridian,large intestine meridian and gallbladder meridian;5.Association rule analysis: Based on the support number of 256 and the confidence level of 0.98,it is concluded that:(1)19 core drug pairs(such as radix upleuri＿radix scutellariae,ginger-processed pinellia＿codonopsis,tangerine peel＿ginger-processed pinellia,etc.),14 core groups of three drug combinations(such as medicated leaven,fried rice sprout,fried malt,etc.),6 core groups of four-medicine combinations and 1 core group of five-medicine combinations;(2)1 core prescription(ginger-processed pinellia,magnolia officinalis,radix bupleuri,radix scutellariae,codonopsis,tangerine peel,medicated leaven,fried rice sprout,fried malt);(3)61association rules;6.Cluster analysis: Based on the correlation degree of 8,the penalty degree of 2 conditions,54 core drug pairs and 12 pairs of core drug combinations are obtained,and the 12 new recipes are derived from this:(1)coke hawthorn＿chicken gizzard＿rhizoma pinelliae＿lotus officinalis＿radix astragali preparata(5)radix bupleuri＿galangal＿magnolia officinalis＿radix astragali preparata(6)white peony root＿radix curcuma＿codonopsis＿angelica sinensis(7)cassia twig＿parched white peony root＿patchouli＿caulis perillae acutae(8)radix scutellariae＿poria cocos＿immature bitter orange＿parched atractylodes＿atractylodes(9)radix scutellariae＿immature bitter orange＿parched atractylodes＿rhizoma cyperi＿atractylodes(10)radix bupleuri＿radices saussureae＿parched atractylodes＿rhizoma cyperi＿atractylodes(11)fossil fragments＿corydalis tuber＿gentian＿mirabilite＿oyster(12)charred semen arecae＿immature bitter orange＿atractylodes＿cardamun＿rhubarb.Conclusion:1.When Professor Ren Shunping clinically differentiates and treats postprandial discomfort syndrome,he mainly starts from three aspects: spleen deficiency,qi stagnation,and damp turbidity.Among them,spleen deficiency is the root,qi stagnation and dampness are the criteria,and the three are mutually cause and effect,throughout the disease.When making legislation,the three methods of Tongjiang are used to cure dampness,invigorate the spleen,regulate the liver and regulate qi,and apply the three methods of Tongfu and Nirvana;when selecting the prescription,make good use of the classics,not abandon the current prescription,and use Xiaochaihu Decoction and Pingwei San as the base prescription;at the same time,it can calm the cold and heat,the pungent taste will raise the qi and the bitter taste will lower the qi,and make good use of two medicines and three medicines to flexibly respond to complex changes in the disease.2.The core drug groups and new prescriptions obtained from data mining have not been verified by targeted clinical trials or basic experiments,and their effectiveness and safety are still to be discussed.Further verification should be conducted in the future to better guide clinical practice and provide reference for new drug research and development. |
