Objective:By observing the clinical effect of self-made Liuwei Zhixie Decoction combined with probiotics and montmorillonite powder on functional diarrhea(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)and comparing the clinical effect of simple probiotics combined with montmorillonite powder on functional diarrhea, this paper discusses the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on functional diarrhea.Methods:66 cases of functional diarrhea diagnosed by western medicine and diarrhea with spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research object. In order to reflect the randomness of the data, the cases were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group with 33 cases each. The control group took orally Peifeikang and montmorillonite powder. The observation group took orally Peifeikang,Montmorillonite Powder and Liuwei Zhixie Decoction. Before treatment, after treatment, and after 4 weeks of follow-up,the patient’s fecal characteristics, defecation times,TCM symptom score, improvement of main symptoms and secondary symptoms(cold pain in umbilicus and abdomen, warm and pressing, cold limbs, soreness in waist and knees, fullness and fullness in abdomen)were strictly recorded. At the same time, patients should be closely observed for fever, rash, allergy, nausea, vomiting and other adverse reactions during the treatment. Results:Clinical observation shows that the number of people in the observation group who are cured, effective, effective and ineffective after treatment is 2,21,8 and 2 respectively; The control groups were 0,11,10 and 12 respectively.Through calculation, the effective rate of the observation group reached 93.93%,and the effective rate of the control group reached 63.63%.After the treatment, the effect was tested by χ2 tests, and it was found that P<0.05.The results showed statistical significance,so it can be considered that the effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The main symptom scores before and after treatment were tested by t test, and the results showed that P<0.001,indicating that the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the scores of main symptoms were compared between groups, and it was found that the results of stool shape showed statistical significance(P<0.05),while the results of times showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).After comparing the scores of secondary symptoms,it was found that the scores of all secondary symptoms in the observation group were P<0.05,indicating that the comparison difference was statistically significant. In the control group, only the scores of some minor symptoms(pain in waist and knees, cold pain in umbilicus and abdomen, and pressing on abdomen)were P<0.05,while the scores of other symptoms were P>0.05.Component comparison found that the scores of minor symptoms such as cold pain in umbilicus and abdomen, and pressing on abdomen were P<0.05.The recurrence rate of the observation group was 12.90%,and that of the control group was 40.91%.The results were statistically analyzed by x2 test,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Montmorillonite powder and probiotics are commonly used western medicines to treat functional diarrhea, but the long-term effect is not obvious. The long-term effect of Liuwei Zhixie Decoction on diarrhea with spleen-kidney yang deficiency is far greater than that of western medicine alone.
