Clinical Study On Treatment Of Functional Diarrhea Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency With Different Quantity Moxibustion At Guanyuan Point

Objective: In this study,by observing the improvement of spleen and kidney yang deficiency of patients treated with different moxibustion to explore the appropriate amount of diarrhea moxibustion of this treatment.Methods: Eighty-six patients with functional diarrhea of spleen and kidney yang deficiency were randomly divided into three groups: Group A : 28 cases(3 moxa-cone)Group B: 29 cases(5 moxa-cone),Group C : 29 cases(7 moxa-cone).By using a mass of 1.5g of moxa cone drug moxibustion Guanyuan acupuncture treatment and record the changes of the number of bowel movements,stool characteristics,changes in clinical symptoms before and after treatment to compare the efficacy of the three groups.Results: After treatment,the three groups of patients improved their defecation frequency,stool characteristics and clinical symptoms.The improvement of group B and group C was better than that of group A.The total effective rates in groups A,B and C were 75%,93% and 89%,respectively.There were differences among the three groups,and the efficacy in groups B and C was better than that in group A.When the quality of moxa cone is 1.5g,the curative effect of moxibustion 5 moxacone and moxibustion 7 moxa-cone is better than the effect of moxibustion 3 moxa-cone,moxibustion 5 moxa-cone and moxibustion 7 moxa-cone clinical effect is quite.Conclusion: drug-free moxibustion Guanyuan point can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional diarrhea of spleen-kidney yang deficiency and reduce the number of patients’ defecation;moxibustion 5 moxa-cone has the advantages of less time and good effect.
