Clinical Observation Of Spleen And Kidney Antidiarrheal Agents For Treating Diabetes Diarrhea (Spleen Deficiency Type)

Objective: Clinical efficacy of spleen and kidney antidiarrheal agents for treating diabetes diarrhea(spleen deficiency type), and an effective way to explore the treatment of diabetic diarrhea.Methods:Clinical diagnosis of diabetes and diabetes selected 60 patients with diarrhea, randomized controlled study method in blood sugar control standard on the basis of 30 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 30 patients, the treatment group received spleen and kidney diarrhea mixture control group received oralmontmorillonite(each a bag, three times a day, for two weeks of treatment). After a course of treatment, were evaluated before and after treatment of the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, signs of change, as well as before and after treatment of TCM clinical symptom scores. All data SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:Spleen and kidney antidiarrheal agents had a significant role in improving clini-cal symptoms and signs of diabetes diarrhea. In terms of total score of TCM syndromes com-parison: the symptom scores of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than bef-ore(P <0.01), the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67% after the drug while73.33% in the control group. Comparison between the two groups also had statistical signif-i cance(P <0.05). Treatment group had a difference(P <0.05)in terms of reducing the numb er of bowel sounds than the control group. In terms of reducing fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood sugar, there was a statistical significance within the two groups(P>0.05), while comparison between the two groups was not statistical significant. There were no adverse reactions for two groups throughout the experiment.Conclusions:Antidiarrheal agents to treat diabetes and kidney and spleen diarrhea(spleen deficiency type) can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, signs, and to some extent, can improve blood sugar levels in patients, more efficient than the control group. At the same time the security is good, no side effectsl.
