Objective:This study was based on the therapies of Stagnation of Ying and Wei,aiming to observe the clinical symptoms, the recovery of intestinal mucous membrane and serological indicators of the using of the self-formulated Qixianyijiang decoction in the treatment of UC with spleen deficiency and humidity syndrome,we also recorded relevant datas and analyzed clinical efficacy.Besids the theoretical basis and pathogenesis of camp health retention were preliminarily discussed. And this paper provided a reference value for treating UC.Methods:In this study,we chose 60 patients, whose disease classfification was from mild to moderate,at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were all in line with the standard, which were stochastically divided into two groups. There were 30 patients in the control group, taking moshazide enteric-soluble tablets. While in the test group,on the basis of the control group,Qixianyijiang decoction was added to.The treatment cycles were 3 courses for a total of 12 weeks. At the end of the treatment,we collected and recorded the scores of the TCM,Mayo activity rating, and the Baron endoscopic scoring. We also compared the pre-and the post-treatment serological indicators and security metrics. All datas were applied to SPSS 23.0 for analysis. Results: Studies have found that the efficacy of TCM symptoms in control group was 85.71%,compared with 96.55% in the test group,of which the medical treatment has a higher efficacy(P<0.05).In terms of TCM points for the primary symptoms, the comparisons within-group indicates that,at the end of the treatment, the major symptoms of patients relieved(P<0.05).The comparison showed that there was no significant difference in the condition of the major symptoms in two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).When the therapy was over, the test group relieved the symptoms better(P<0.05).At the aspect of intestinal mucous membrane recovering, both therapies could promote intestine to repair(P<0.05),besides,the comparison between the groups showed that the data before therapy were comparable(P>0.05),after 12 weeks of treating, the test group had better effect on relieving Mayo and Baron scores(P< 0.0 5).In the aspect of serological indicators, the intra-group comparison showed that the degree of inflammation decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).Before therapy, the inflammation of the two groups of patients were similar(P>0.05),when the therapy was over, the efficacy of test group to relieve inflammation was more obvious(P<0.05).In the period of research, there was no obvious discomfort in patients, the medicine for the treatment was safe. Conclusion: Based on the therapies of Stagnation of Ying and Wei,Qixianyijiang decoction is better with mesalamine enteric-coated tablets in the clinical treatment for patients whose disease classification was from mild to moderate with Spleen deficiency and humidity Syndrome. It has significant efficacy in alleviating symptoms, repairing intestinal mucosa, and improving inflammatory indexes, and has a strong safety profile, which suggests that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of UC and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
