Clinical Study On Qixianyijiang Decoction In The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis Of Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Accumulation Type

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy,practicability and safety of Qixianyijiang decoction combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation.Methods:60 cases of ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,which means each group contained 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with Qixianyijiang decoction combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets orally.The control group was given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets orally.A total of 8 weeks,2 weeks as a course of treatment.After the treatment,data were collected and analyzed.The TCM symptom score,endoscopic mucosal score,ESR,CRP and other indicators of the two groups were observed and evaluated.SPSS22.0 was used for data processing.Results:The scores of TCM symptoms,endoscopic mucosa,ESR,CRP in treatment group and control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01).However,there were significant differences in the improvement of TCM symptom score and curative effect between the two groups(P < 0.01).There were significant differences in the improvement of endoscopic mucosal score,histopathological score,Mayo score,ESR and CRP(P<0.05).Conclusion: Qixianyijiang decoction combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets is superior to mesalazine enteric-coated tablets alone in the treatment of ulcerative colitis of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type.It is more effective in improving clinical symptoms and is worthy of wide clinical application and promotion.
